Ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger . The person cooking, I guess, didn't read the whole order. Now, after reading the reviews of this franchise, I would guess someone doesn't read these and are answered by a computer. Parking: Parking lot needs attention. Alot of trash
Awful. Worst sonic I've ever been to. Nearly every food order was wrong. Food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. It was dirty. Trash everywhere. Bathroom was awful with no hand towels and the only toilet paper was a giant roll sitting on the baby changing station. Many of the ordering screens weren't working. Recommend staying way away from this place.
Went there and rang the button to order got no response hit 2 more times went thru the drive thru and finally ordered after a long wait, the 2 guys were rude and not helpful at all customer service sucksFood: 1/5
I just wanted to share that this location has Great Customer Service. I was there a few weeks ago, very early for breakfast and the credit card machine was broken, the staff that was there did an amazing job not inconveniencing me because I was omw to work, and they still gave me the food. I tried to offer them some coupons for 7/11 but they just smiled and that was such a Blessing. Also the PICKLE FRIES are Awesome!! Just went today and loved them!
this location never fails to mess something up last visit they served us hot drinks with no ice but never informed us there wasn’t any ice. This time around I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try the new banana pudding shake and this is how it was served to me watery and all I never have a problem at the Fredericksburg location this one should follow suit

Update 05/23/2020 Well, it had to happen. For years, folks have complained about the undercooked i.e. RAW hotdogs at Sonic. Now we have undercooked rare/ raw hamburgers see photo. At least the manager, John, apologized and refund given to be posted next day. I just hope no one has any stomach issues <fingers crossed>. So ALL Sonic Food is a NO now. #thumbsDOWN 2 stars as they still have beverages and shakes. And they haven't "messed those up"... yet. ___________________ Gave Sonic a 3 Stars as we got beverages ONLY and 1 was incorrect noticed as we were already a distance away. Sad as this was literally 1/3 of the order. Thank goodness NO FOOD WAS ORDERED. Imagine if 1/3 of your food was incorrect or <gasp> undercooked *cough* hotdogs *cough... #DoBetterSonic.
DeShawn was very courteous and just really nice, patient and chill. Definitely like this location
terrible service. i’m trying to order and i get a “what?” as a response.
Came by at 8:50 and it says that they don’t close until 10:00 but they just played and played
