This KFC was reopened rather recently under new management. The service team seems pleasant enough and they were able to get my orders correct. The food was what I expected.. hot and fresh!Food: 4/5
My second time going there and I should have learned the first time . The chicken was not fresh and tasted like rubber . I spent 50 bucks on a meal and didn’t even get gravy for the mashed potatoes. That place is pathetic. I recommend the water . They can’t mess that up .
Staff was nice and attentive. Inside has been redone and was clean. Menu has changed, again! Didn't see the usual 2 piece dinner with legs, but the new sandwich is really good I think I was given original recipe mixed with crispy chicken but, it's been awhile, they may have added spices to the crispy but I would have it again.
Ordered the "new chicken nuggets". Guess they didn't realize they gave me the ones from the previous owner and not tge new ones. Dry, shriveled up and tasteless. The only good thing about the place was the girl who took my drive up order. Guess I'll be heading back to Coventry location from now on.Food: 1/5
My wife and I went through the drive through and they gave us the wrong order so I went inside and they threw away the entire order they had given us even though it was only one item different and then did not even get it right the second time. I really can’t stand food waste and they would not let me reason with them. I will never go back.

This is a good KFC it's just been redone it's nice inside and the food seems better than it did a few years ago but that could just be in my headFood: 5/5
SO SICK OMG. I got some food from there around this time last night. And its been comming out of both of ends for 24hrs. Ive tried to call 3 times.
Fries were extremely salty, it could give you a heart attack. Sandwich and chicken were very dry.Food: 1/5
Food was cold , fries were super salty, famous bowl had no gravy in it. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this KFC
