I see they don’t care to reply to the customer experiences, but save your cash. The workers ignore you and act like you’re bothering them. I’d you hate your job just leave. We spent $60 here and you think for spending that much on family meal at fast food…that your service and food would at least be mediocre. This poor young girl who is clearly new is being yelled at over nothing by a very unhappy older woman. However, the food was PERFECT. Please make the older lady not act like a wild woman.
One of the most awful experiences. I went to get a big meal for my family and I and the cashier was very disrespectful rude tone of voice. I asked her for specific pieces of dark meat or leg and I was snapped at about they come in a bag and we cant make accommodations like I was aware of their menu or procedure and worked their. I left and with to popeyes Instead. One of the worst customer services experiences of my life. The lady wouldn't know politeness or customer service if it fell in her lap.
Last time I ordered the fill up box, they didn't have the chicken. This time, it was all greasy, not remotely crispy like KFC is supposed to be. One of the sauces was missing and it wasn't even in the box it was supposed to be in, it was in multiple packages, smashed together and crammed in a bag. There was barely any meat on the 4 greasy pieces of chicken they gave. The nuggets included were also super greasy, almost no crunch in anything. Yet another business in lawton that's fallen on people who don't care about quality. Customer service was minimal at best. I stated I was there for a pickup and received "Pull around". No "Yes we have your order" or "Sure thing" just "Pull around" and as I pulled around they were about to hand me the wrong order, then realized I was a different person and pulled my order off of a pile of bags thrown on top of each other by the window.
The worst service ever. 2 folks ahead of us there order was wrong. After that just us. No one came to take our order for 15 minutes. Many workers walked by didn't even look at us. So we left ate down the street. Never going back. They are so lazy can't get orders correct it's like they are HIGH so sadFood: 1/5
This place may hide behind its newly renovated building but the food and service is a lost cause. SERVICE: Had our order taken, paid, and the lady walked off without a word… had to grab our own receipt and cups as she didn’t hand them to us from where she placed them by the register. Only customers in the entire building at the time. FOOD: chicken littles were ok at best, bread seemed old and dethawed, famous bowl had watery mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes from the box chicken was meh. Would NOT recommend, with how many chicken places are in town you’d think they’d step up to the challenge. Instead they have already surrendered
I hate to be ugly about a place of business....but we hadn't been to KFC in about a year....due to the fact that they always, ALWAYS mess our order up or leave something out.... CeSaR told me to check and I skimmed....of course my fries and cookie were missing from the bag....annnd cookies in a bag are not fresh baked....Food: 3/5
Food was cold. My ice tea was hot. It had just been brewed and they threw ice in it which melted. I ended up with hot watered down ice tea.Food: 2/5
Though it’s not the healthiest, I love KFC Original chicken and the biscuits. Mashed potatoes are instant and nasty though, and green beans very salty and cooked to death, so I can’t recommend any of those sides. Service was just okay at drive-thru, she seemed pretty bored to be there.
We stood in line to give our order and never got waited on, there was a couple ahead of us and noticed they left because nobody waited on them!!! Their customer service doesn't exist will never ever go there again, worst KFC I have ever gone to!!!! That franchise should be shut down!!!
I have ordered from the app 3xs and everytime I go to pick up the order they cant make it or they stop cooking chicken at 8. Then on top of it all they were extremely rude and couldn't help me with getting my money back. The manager pretty much said he couldn't help me and hung out. This has happened 3 times already and thought we would give kfc one more chance but had the same horrible experience as the other times... worst costumer service ever. It took me calling 4 times to have anyone answer and they had no customers to be busy enough to not answer the phone
