I have been taking my kids here for almost 9 years. I have never been talked to so rudely by their staff as I have in the past year. I brushed this off at first with Covid being a big part of stress and short staffing issues. Now I am starting to see that it’s definitely not. I called to reschedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. They never answer with their name so you know who your talking to, only about 3 nurses there are nice and have a decent bedside manner, I get talked to on the phone like I’m a child or I’ve interrupted that person. If it wasn’t for Dr Coleman and Dr Keeton, I believe I would have found somewhere else. Their staff is so rude.
All the staff members at Kid Care are kind, caring and commpassionate from the moment we walk in the front door until the time we leave. I honestly wouldn't take my girls anywhere else!
We love Dr. Coleman! My son was a 23 weeker and He has been his doctor since he came home from the Nicu and I believe if it wasn’t for Dr.Coleman that my son would be in bad shape. He always sees my son even if he has to stay after hours. He will work him in. They are great! Nurses are always polite and smiling and making my son laugh.
All three of my children were born under the care if Dr. Michael Coleman. He has been a fixture in our family for ever 26 years. I wouldn't want my kids taken to any other pediatrician. He treats us all like intelligent people, not like we're insignificant or uneducated. I've called him over holidays, weekends, late nights and after hours through the years. He has always been there for us.
My daughter has been going here since she was born she's 2 they are great until it comes to preemies do not take your preemie babies here. They play the guessing game and they do not give you and answer to what they have when they are sick. My boys have been sick with the same thing over a month and they don't want to get them back in it's ridiculous
took my granddaughters over there for their appointments, so the woman tells me that I have to pay so much on each account which was a total of $60 I gave her the $80 my daughter sent with me so then she tells me that the 7month old wasnt on their father's insurance and that I have to pay $62 so I go out and get $100 then when I come back in and give her the $100 she then tells me the the 2year old isnt on the insurance and more and that they cant be seen cause i didnt have enough cash on me i gave her $180 total and i needed $206 so she said that wasnt enough for the 2 sick kids to be seen by the doctor. with her attitude and they way they talked to my daughter when she called I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, no one deserves to be looked down on and be treated the way we were just treated.
The hospital said my daughter had rsv. Dr instantly pulled her xrays and all that seen she had pneumonia ear infections and rsv. Immediately he took action. Thank you for helping get our little girl better sense the er dropped the ball.
My child loves Dr. Coleman. He has been coming here since he was a 6 day old preemie, and he is now 3 yrs old. He knows what he is doing.
Dr. Keeton is the best! Love him
I have been taking my daughter here for over 9 years and wouldn’t have had it any other way but it’s got to the point where I wouldn’t take my dog here, the staff are clueless and rude! especially the girl at the front desk! I’m in the process of switching doctors, I would not recommend!
