From the very beginning, doctors, and paraprofessionals and other team members of Kidney Clinic of Athens mostly focused our care to prevent or delay the progression of the chronic kidney disease. For that Kidney Clinic of Athens is a mostly referral-based specialty clinic which provides outpatient services to all referred patients with routine continuity of care. We also provide hormone treatment for anemia and also inter-venous iron treatment at our facility beside seeing our patients. It is to be noted even though our main goal is to prevent kidney disease, sometimes worsening of the kidney function is inevitable.
