Children’s World is located on the 4th floor of the Central Library. We are responsible for the materials, services, and programming for children and young adults.
Children's World features 6 computers with internet access and word processing capabilities. Plus we have 5 AWE computers available for children ages 2-9. AWE computers are touch screen computers that contain preloaded educational games in a variety of subjects. Many of these games feature popular children's characters like Nick Jr.'s Dora and Diego.
Preschool groups, caregivers, or parent groups interested in scheduling a story time or tour in Children's World please call 435-1900.
