I really wanted to do business with this place but they really don't know what they're doing I guess is the kind way to say it could not get a quote on carpet that was accurate the first quote was but then we got the accurate measurement and that quote included the installer which I was supposed to pay when installed and no matter what I texted them they could not figure out that they couldn't charge me $ 418 for a job that was only going to cost $320 for the product not the installation she insisted that the $400 bill was correct when you can see on the invoice the product was $320 and they even had marked out in red the installation charge but still charged me 418 some-odd dollars so I cancelled the order and went elsewhere and ordered carpet to be installed without all the drama
