We work with flax, Romano beans & buckwheat, to create bakery treasures, Including Flax sandwich bread, which continues to be moist, even when toasted, in part because of the way we process our flax ,coating the bodies organs, and repairing the damage caused by, among other things, gluten, chemo and ulcers.
This bread is especially suited to Diabetics, since inner parts are bathed in Omega # 3. The freshly groundflax provides Mucilage, coating the internal organs, Omega 3 reduces the glycemic index in foods, and beans have a low index to begin with, also, Omega 3 helps to regulate blood sugars and insulin levels.[ 4 gm Protien, with 10 gm carbs, 3+ gm Omega 3 –in a 46 gm slice ]
