I read reviews on King’s Row, as I do for any RV park we plan to use. The reviews are confusing, because they are either very negative or very positive. I came to the conclusion that the negative reviews are from negative people who most likely created their own problems. We arrived and were attended to right away in the office. The staff was more than helpful answering questions and getting us checked in. True they aren’t bubbling over with gregariousness, but I have no complaints about their attentiveness. A fellow led us to our site and was helpful regarding a mixup numbering the electrical hookup to coincide with the site. The location is relatively quiet despite the proximity to a highway. Sites are a descent size - we open up 14’ wide and often don’t have much space to park our dually truck, but Kings Row was more than adequate. We don’t use shower or laundry facilities at RV parks so I cannot comment to them. We would stay here again without question.
Manager has a temper. The staff will threaten you when you ask questions. Theft is very bad there. The security is there only to watch the property not the safety of the guests. This has been explained several times by manager. Price is $445 + power. Laundry is in bad shape. The machines are very old and barely work. If you have other options I would keep looking.
We were very apprehensive about RV parks in Vegas given the questions around safety and theft. We were booking last minute on the weekend so decided to give kings row a shot, despite some concerning reviews. Overall we had a good time, spent 2 nights there in a little campervan. We were placed right by the main road which was quite a fair walk away from the restrooms. Noise was ok. The bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve been in for a RV park, free showers and not time limited unlike some We didn’t see any security during our time there and the park is not fenced in however we didn’t have any issues with homeless people. Decently close to the strip, 15min Uber ride away Overall we had a good time, no issues. The office ladies were lovely
Call to make a one week reservation during off season, August and vegas. Had to call five times before someone picked up the phone. First words out of her mouth were, we won't know until tomorrow if we can schedule you in. Then she asks what amperage I require, I say 50 amps, she says we don't have many of those left and they will be a first come first serve. Well that doesn't work for me with 108° temperature. Then she asks what year my rig is. I say 2002. She says it will have to be inspected first. Then she asked if I have pets. Yes a 50 lb black lab. She tells me they do not accept pets of that weight and I will need to check with another RV Park park. To have an RV park in the worst area of Vegas with 70% open capacity in the summertime, you would think they would do different business. I've stayed at almost every Park in Vegas and have never had this difficult of a time to spend money there during a recession. If this is my experience before I can get a reservation, I would hate to see how my one-week stay would turn out. Do yourselves a favor and stay at KOA or Las Vegas RV Resort. At least they could be pleasant on the phone, but I suppose that's too much to ask for.
Called a month ago to hold a spot they don’t do reservations for three nights—lady stated they would hold for us despite the fact we had an 80 lb senior dog they have a 40 lb limit. Called today to change our dates and no record of our previous conversation was found. The previous request was cleared by the manager, but today the manager said unless it was a service dog with papers it wasn’t allowed. Lady on phone stated if our dog passes, we are welcome to stay no way in hell! Would have been nice to have been contacted—luckily I called to change and found out in time to get a nice spot at Riviera RV Park— they were very accommodating, unlike King’s Row. Don’t believe anything they say—they don’t seem to support what they previously agree to. Very disappointing customer service!
Not pleasant at the front desk. Lost a cash sale for one of their residents. Retired cop sizable bank account perfect credit not approved gotta wonder if thats just not the type they want in their park SHADEY. shame to do that to two people and the families involved
This is an RV park, so no rooms. My friend lives there. He says rent is reasonable.Rooms: 5/5
I called regarding a month stay for new years and they said that dont accept rigs older than 2008. Ours is a 2005 and its in amazing conditions, i even ask if i could send pictures as some of the rv park will ask and the lady on the phone refuses. I believe is a completely unfair way to treat a client, specially regarding year of the vehicle. I would understand request pictures and if its bad conditions for the park environment but thats not the case at all.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have full hookups available. The park is secure and quiet with a Smith's grocery store about a mile away. The weekly rate is decent. I came into town to help my daughter with a move and Leah got me signed up quickly over the phone.
they would allow me and my wife to stay but not our 2 daughter's because they're not over 21 years old! discrimination against age is never good.
