Front desk was rude and disrespectful. I called sincerely wanted to ask some questions and get clarification. She seems to be a middle age woman and the way she responded could have been more professional and ethical for her profession. Do not recommend this place at all!
New patient. Didn’t even make it in for an apt. 1. Couldn’t schedule me for 3 weeks 2. I’m young and have zero heart hx and am having palpitations, they don’t warrant an ER visit, but they warrant someone actually answering the phone there and or calling back w a message. Horribly run, it’s embarrassing that this place can even care for people. As an ER RN, this is alarming to me.
This place is TERRIBLE! couple years ago, my mom had a mini stroke and my dad didn't know so he took her to the clinic. The front desk registered her in and told her to sit in the waiting room. He explained to them about her symptoms and yet they still told her to wait for the doctor. The nurses can't even recognized or trained to recognized when a person needs emergency medical attention. Luckily, my dad called me and I went to the clinic and removed my mom from the waiting room and took her to the ER. she was admitted to the hospital and was in ICU for two weeks. The staffs here are very rude to their patients. Most of the patients are elderly and continues to be a victim because they likes the benefit of being able to understand the language and having a translator available. This place provides poor service and inexperience. They scans their patients for insurance fraud. My parents have been patients for over 15 years and they failed to exams and assess their healths properly. When I requested for their medical records, I was horrified to see most falsified data's and information's shown on the record.
HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! From the front desk agents to doctors. It seems no one wants to work. If you would like to waste your time or your family members time as well, please come here. If you would like a dismissive doctor that complains of him not having any help, please come here. My family member and my health and our time was not valued. Asking the doctor for some basic information was like death. I have never been to a medical practice with this extreme of poor manners and incompetence. Medicare should look into this practice
ZERO STARS... my wife was hospitalized for covid19 for 3 weeks and was sent home for recovery. Diagnosed with severe covid pneumonia and hypoxia, she couldn't stand, walk or even make any sudden movement without having something like an extreme asthma attack. Knowing the severity of a bad case of covid19 my work place issue me a family medical leave packet to be signed by our medical provider kings winery. Upon presenting the FMLA packet to the doctor there I was asked if I needed a translator to translate my fluent English into broken English so the doc can understand. After all the translation the doctor offered me a return to work slip not what I needed... at this point the nurse got frustrated and told us that the doctor will sign the packet but it will take some time and they will call us when it's ready.. 20 mins later we recieved a call saying that they will NOT sign it due to the fact that my wife is not decapitated.. so I guess u need to be brain dead the seek care? Many cases of covid19 I know of less severe takes months to recover from and those individuals were forced to take months off work or had family members take time off work to care for them. My wife is currently on 5LPM max that the oxygen machine can provide of o2 and can't bare to make any sudden movements but according to kings winery my wife is more than capable of taking care of herself..
id give it zero stars if i could. with only 2 drs on staff and them only catering to their asia patients, every time i go i feel like my time is worth nothing, i feel like the things i say to the dr get dismissed and i end up leaving with more concerns than i went in with. the staff is hard to understand and cant be bothered to let patients know what kind of appts they have or that they have even scheduled an appt for you. ill be switching to a more competent office. this place is unprofessional and filthy.
This is the worst place to receive healthcare. Expect to wait hours before being seen by a Dr or PA. These staff have no emotions or compassion towards their patients whatsoever. They can't even do a simple thing like print out immunization records. I already called ahead of time and was given the ok to pick up. Walked in and was told nurse was not available to pull up record and told me to come back later. People don't have all day! We work, we have school, lives to get to! What's the point of having medical records then?! Can't believe this place is still running.
worst scheduling system ever.!! the whole point of scheduling is so that you don't go there and wait 2 hours to get seen... what's the point of setting up appointment when you cant see your patients the time you shedule them. Not everyone has all day to go sit in the waiting room.. Second, where do these doctors get their license from? my dad went in with a flu, and all they tell him was to take some tylenol.. DOCTORS!! please recognize your patient's need.!! my dad has asthma, you should know that the flu attacks the nasal cavity and respiratory system tylenol isnt going to help him! i am so frustated with this place.
Understand that a sickness is unexpected, with that said seeing the clinic is the first step to recovery. If online and labeled at the front of the clinic that the clinic opens at 8 am, how is it possible to have walk-ins at 7:30 am. Many people rely on a specific time to come and seek medical aid. This clinic is very unprofessional and should change the hours listed both online and labeled at the front of the clinic. Both the staff and community should have access to ACURATE information of business hours.
Doctors and staff are very friendly and nice ! They work great and make you feel home. As for the manager she is racist and has favorites. She swears she don't have favorites but she does. She is rude ! I wish very much luck for the next hispanic bilingual assistant that works for them. My prayers for the next victim. I was in that position before, I am glad and feel free she let me go. I also know that the girl that worked there before me was also a victim of descrimination. There is relatives working there that can slack off and be lazy and never be in trouble, just because they are family members they don't get in trouble. Wow ! What a shame ! So sad and unprofessional management in that office.
