I've been here 4+ times due to a work injury and all the times I've waited at least 2 hours to be seen. And then when they do see you, it's only for 5-10 minutes max. The people on the front desk are also not welcoming at all, and the one time I called ahead of time to see if an appointment of mine was approved from my workers comp they didn't pick up, later letting me know that they just decide not to pick up the phone because "we're too busy and the phone just rings all day anyways". They've also not submitted requests to my workers comp insurance for physical therapy sessions because "the Doctor forgot" so my treatment was delayed. They've also gone on to treat me without my claim number for two weeks straight and then they told me if I didn't submit it soon that they would have to charge me directly. This place is garbage. If there's any motivation to stay healthy and not get injured again, this is definitely it. The only positive to this place is the physical therapy staff, they are actually the only reason why I can even tolerate this place.

They were all very professional. I was there for a physical for employment. The Doctor was great. The Samoan girl at the front desk was very pleasant. I had a problem with filling out the form on my phone especially putting in my birthdate and she called not sure if was a nurse assistant or the nurse. She was the person that called me back to take eye exam and urine test. She came out front and did it for me. The place is very large and well kept.

The clinic manager head nurse manager was rude, not helpful. Told me I couldn't get my blood test because FedEx thad already came and took all the blood samples at 3:30 pm. I waited pleading that she take my blood test then Fed ex walked in at 4:30 and took the other blood work. So she lied about fed ex and there was no reason for her to denied service to me. Very poor service and I never got my blood test.

Extraordinary wait time. Once seen, RN and physician were professional and extremely pleasant. TV choice was not suitable for young children! Scheduled for only a fit test, but received full staff physical. Improve wait time and Concentra would be excellent facility

Sofia at the reception fest was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were super professional. They made me feel comfortable and assisted me with all my questions and concerns. Thanks to everyone who works here. Thank you Doctor,

The location was dirty and inefficient. It took them 3 hours to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical that could have been completed in 30 minutes tops. They don’t accept appointments, so you have to just show up and wait. Very frustrating experience. Thankfully they got what they needed to done.

Although the staff was friendly, they never really discussed with me exactly what my injury was. They even scheduled me right away for therapy without even clearly stating what the injury on my leg was or what I should be doing to take care of it.

I scheduled an appointment for Physical and they were able to accommodate me. The staff were very helpful and did a thoroughly examamination.

I know Concerta has a bad rep, but they are really just out here doing their best. Sure, my appointment took 3 hours total, but I got every form filled out that I needed and received very attentive care. Just book your appointment for a time when you know you’re not in a rush. Bring your kindle, book, headphones, etc. and wait your turn! They were all very nice and took great care of me. For an accessible healthcare clinic, they are rocking it.

My only small issue was the wait time. It was 10:50 am when I arrived, yet I did not get out of there until 12:20 pm. Other than that, the employees were all courteous, clear in explaining things, and accommodating to my needs. The doctor, when she finally came, was amiable in demeanor and was efficient with the visit. I got the care I needed, even with a follow-up phone call.
