Kingsgate Car Wash

I was in the area so decided to give Kingsgate Carwash a try. Unfortunately their facility is pretty worn down. The swivel arm holding the hoses in my bay was leaking and dripping water everywhere. Ground was littered with trash. The foam gun didn’t foam, in fact, it barely sprayed. To top it all off, there’s a large pothole right on the exit of the car wash bay I used, causing my car to smack and scrape the pavement. I can appreciate the variety in spray optionsbug remover, window cleaner, foam etc but for the price, I’d expect this place to be better maintained. I hate to leave a review like this but it’s my honest opinion.

cash only, for now. Watching the touchless wash was fun and interesting but it did not clean the car as you would think it should. Waste of money and time because of wait times.

Where to start… I believe the blue foam made paint flake off my hood. Not good…. Attached pictures for proof. And in response, yes you do have blue foam… because I watched blue foam come out of the spray gun. Credit card machine wouldn’t work. The dollar bill slot wasnt working and seemed to have water in it. I ended up getting tokens and then it wouldn’t take the tokens……There was a piece of metal tubing around the hose and I had to hold it so it wouldn’t scratch my car. Also the foam brush didn’t foam…. Only occasionally squirted out some liquid.

I’ve used the automatic carwash several times and have had both okay and not so okay experiences. One time it was cash only and the machine didn’t have change. No one was around so they still owe me a dollar! Today was an especially bad wash. I purchased the emerald wash, as I usually do one step up from basic and the machine barely sprayed anything when dispensing foam and rinse on the left side of my car. I assumed the water jets would still take care of the dirt, despite the middling amount of cleaning agent applied, but nope, most of the dirt I came in with is still there. I didn’t expect my car to be spotless, but this isn’t great. I’ll probably use this carwash again, but I will continue to preferably use the Aloha Carwash in Woodinville.

A easy go to place to vacuum out the car of kid crumbs and working man chaos, but today I am frustrated. The machine ate my 3$ and the customer service option is a number that won't help you. It will however, attempt to conduct a survey. "Are you and or a family member over the age of 65?" Bullcrap. I just wanted to have a clean car to start my week right. Fix it and I'll fix my review!

They have self service It is open 24/7 They also have hands free carwash machine. I did not like the management or owner behavior because he approached me and said to leave before calling the cops. I found it very rude and inappropriate. I am not sure what his issue was but he acted very abnormal and irrelevant. Overall it is a good place for regular carwash. I will never go back because the way they treated me.

I went through the “touchless” car wash on 1/2/23. There was no soap, no suds, no other products came out of the nozzles other than water! My car looked exactly as it did when I went in! The only difference was that now my car was wet! And there was no one around to address these issues with. I will never go back to this car wash! And I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either!

Their no touch car wash is an absolute waste of time. I spent $14 and 15 minutes, and the car came out the same way as it went it. One of the most useless car washes I've used.

The vaccuum wasnt very strong, but got my carpets mostly clean. I spent $2 on tokens to buy a little tree air freshener. The machine didnt work, I called the number listed outside and on their website, and the call went to a medical clinic...I saw a sign that said honk 3 times for service. I honked and waited a long time. Nobody came. I was afraid the tokens wouldnt work on the manual car wash, so I decided to use the automatic. My car came out literally the same as it went in. I would have been better off with a bucket and rag at home. I never want to use this car wash again. Trust the reviews guys!
