Twice the hardware, specialty hardware selection is great, including boating and fishing hardware. Camping, hiking and general outdoors activities supplies, best place in town to stop at! Fast friendly customer service like it used to be, makes you feel right at home whether it is the first time there or you are a regular. Respectful and quick to respond. The owners have a great management team making this location successful. It is always a pleasure shopping at Henry's Hardware.
They are always extremely helpful. Great store! Get some popcorn on the way out.
I just can’t say enough good things about this hardware store!!! Dave just helped me fix a complex plumbing issue with just a few parts. We’re luck to have friendly, knowledgeable folks at our local store to help with home repairs. If I had gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot there is no way I would have gotten a knowledgeable on staff plumber to help with this repair and it would have taken hours to figure it out on my own, if I ever could have. Daves help saved me hours or pain and hundreds in plumbing repairs.
Truth i avoid it if possible. Price is very high compared to most. That is my only negative. The staff are good honest hardworking folks, they will do anything to help. I love the new stihl section awesome feature. Thank u for being a local hardware store guys u rock..
Each time I shop at Henery Hardware they are helpful, friendly, and courteous. Their recent expansion was a welcomed upgrade. They have great sale prices on the various C&S suets. Besides the usual and hard to find hardware items, they have fun stuff, too. In a way those items remind me of the old five and dime store in Redmond. Brings a smile every time I shop there.
Every kind of Screw, Bolt, Nut or fastener you could imagine. My go to place.
Always friendly help, down home family feel
If you take it upon yourself to become the mask police and feel like you need to offer solutions on a proper way to wear a mask to a customer, the least you could do please make sure all of your coworkers/employees are following the same rules you are trying to enforce. The attitude I received from an older white haired lady was not appreciated nor was it professional. Only to walk into a different department to find an employee wearing his mask in the same fashion in which I was told to change .
I had trouble finding an electrical part on the shelf. Assistance was immediate and effective. They had the part I needed in stock for me to take home.
A locally owned family run high quality hardware store for indoor to outdoor . Truly a fun difference from the big box, here you can find what you need or get great assistance. It's truly 'Old fashioned service, fast, friendly and convenient.'
