I've been going to this home Depot the last seven years constantly for it's great service. But today my faith in this branch exceeded my expectations due to the service of the lumber department and particularly Noah. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also I love the very old ppl that work Here, all extremely knowledgeable. It's very hard to find knowledgeable staff like that.
This place is awesome, you will find all your building material and house hold items. I love the customer service of this place. It’s Sunday, 8:30 in the morning, I came here to buy a drill bit and in 15 minutes I was approached by at least 5 of the staff asking me if I need any help, amazing customer service. Worth mentioning that one Mr. Altaf is always so helpful and friendly, they all deserve 5 stars. Thank you Home Depot Ajax, Love this place!!!
People are what makes a buying experience great. The staff are professional, out going and knowledgable. First time in years a staff member approached me to ask if I needed help. I complimented her for her professionalism. In most places people hide rather than help a customer. Their number one and two competitors are such companies .
I always come to the Ajax store for rentals! Special shout out to Leon who's always really helpful and gives great advise. He helped me get my deck in great shape last year and gave me advise on putting in new sod last month. 5 stars!
The staff at Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. I had to pay lots if visits to Home Depot just for one item but Altaf Biya helped me and solved my problem. I found him good in greetings and understand the needs of client. He is just superb in customer support.
RYOBI and RIDGID brands don't put their even tools and batteries together. I couldn't find them, and when I tried to get help from an employee in the power tools department, he pretended not to hear me and just chatted with his friends. A year ago, the folks in the power tools department were very helpful and professional. The people in the lumber department and cashiers have always been super nice.
I wanted to share my fantastic experience with a Home Depot employee Altaf Biya in the hardware section. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and very friendly. He guided me through my project needs, suggesting the right tools and materials with expertise. His positive attitude made my shopping a breeze.
I have been coming to this Home Depot branch for last 5 years and it has the most helpful and friendly staff. This particular Home Depot always offers exemplary customer service! I would also specifically like to give a shout out to Lisa M. She assisted me recently with a return and went above and beyond to make process smooth for me. Thank you, Lisa!!!

Today we purchased some tiles from this store. They were in the clearance section. Additional 50%off the sale price. We called for an associate from the flooring department to confirm the price was per box. Asked him multiple times and he confirmed. He wrote of up sale ticket. We paid for the tiles and on our way out the door called us back into the store to tell us he made a mistake. Got a manager and was willing to give us a couple boxes at the wrong price but make us pay for the others as individual tiles. If you can give us the price for a couple boxes why not just let us have the product for what we paid. We ended up having to return the product due to THEIR error. How is it the customers punishment for your employees error. I called the store to speak to another manager and she is now telling me those 5 boxes of tiles have been sold. How convenient for you. The chance of that happening not that long after we left the store ???! I honestly don’t believe it. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced over what ? A $40 loss on your stores part. You should be ashamed of recalling a customer into the store after they have already paid. Way to go for ruining someone’s day !
