Didn't find anything but 1 pillow, prices have gone up a lot since I last went in. Same farmhouse style.
I had such a frustrating experience with this store today. I placed my order online, with curbside pick up I work with seniors, so I am trying to limit my contact with others. Arrived at this store, and no one answered the phone for curbside pick up. I went in and waited at the register for almost 30 minutes while the one up front employee helped a customer find 3 items she saw online. I could hear other employees in the back, but none came to the front, even after the line grew to 4 customers. After all this waiting, the lone cashier went to the back to get my online order. After another 6 minutes, two employees came out to tell me one of my two items ordered had sold out before they could pull it from the shelf. I placed my order at 9 a.m. The store opened at noon. I was there to pick up at 1 All in all, it was a waste of my time. Customer service was just terrible. Why offer curbside pick up if no one answers the phone? Why make customers wait, when there are clearly 3 employees in the store? I will go back to online ordering with delivery and avoid this store. They do not offer the courtesy and convenience I look for when shopping.
I received a mirror with so many dents. I requested for a pick up and return. Oh my God , what horrible people they have for their customer support. They say something else over phone. Write something else in their notes. One of the lady don't ever let me talk and said ma'am don't cut me off. They applied a discount which I did not agree to. Ask me to return the damaged item by renting uhaul. What a nightmare. I bought something from them first time. I will try to warn as many people as I can.
While I love the quality of items from Kirkland's, I am truly disappointed in their online ordering and delivery options and website. Tried to checkout with a full cart 3 times and there was an issue every time with the website. They need to step up their online quality.
What an amazing knick-knack store. I went looking for some holiday values and ended up with more than I bargained for. Prices on some items are high and their discounts on older items are wicked cool. Employees are super friendly and happy to be working.
Buyer beware!! I like the store itself, however beware of online ordering from them. I placed an order online on Memorial Day, decided to go into the store and called the store back and cancelled my online order. The girl I spoke to said she’d send it urgent to corporate so it’s cancelled and not shipped. 2 days later after the store is closed I get an email they’ve shipped it anyways. I called the next day and basically was told once you place it unless you call back immediately it will not be cancelled, even though it was not packaged or shipped yet, now I have to take the item back to the store which is an hour drive. Not happy and won’t order anything online from them again because I’m now out the shipping costs for an item I don’t want.
I loved this store first time in and it was awesome
The overwhelming outrageously strong fragrant smell when you walk in the door gave me a headache with in 5 minutes. They need to realize there are a lot of people who have sensitivities to fragrances. They need to tone that wayyyy down!
