Every Lowe's that I've gone to is clean and orderly with helpful employees that know how to point you in the right direction.
Service not what it used to be. Not all of them but atleast 50% of the workers act like they work at Home Depot. When there is a good sale on a holiday week they purposely don't put up sale prices on heavy or hard to reach items. Probably don't want to deal with it. Unacceptable
I had a very bad experience here today, I took my kids to DIY session, we couldn’t sign up on time so the slots were full but after 1:00pm is walking session, we were there from 11:30am they said we have to wait if others didn’t come they can give us the kits, we were there till 1:00pm they had extra kits there on the table but the lady in charge said we have to come after 2:30pm, we went at 2:30pm she said they don’t have anything left. I came home, I called the customer service and they said they have some left but when the connect me to the same lady in charge of DIY kit she said we had to give them to other people. Very Rude and unprofessional customer service specially that it comes to kids, I haven’t seen such a bad behavior so far. Very bad experience. I Never ever recommend them. You guys should learn from other stores customer service.
This place has the worst customer service and delivery people I have ever experienced. I made my order on the 6th of June. I had to wait more than a week to get my delivery. The clowns missed the delivery window!! I came from Sacramento to my new address in Atwater and they missed the delivery window. I had to come back today for the delivery and then they damaged the refrigerator!! I will now have to wait another week!! I will Never shop at Lowe's again!!
Customer service fail in garden shop... Many times as well as customer service.. only garden shop in area.. . Besides Home Depot.. This is after several attempts to get help.. management must allow the non customer service as this has happened to many times to be a "fluke" experience... in those two departments. No service no spending for me at this point. Bye Lowes
LOWES ONLINE IS TERRIBLE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND MY REFRIGERATORS ON SUNDAY AUGUST 6TH, BUT CANCEL UNTIL 13TH OF A BAR STORAGE. TURLOCK FULFILLMENT ONLY DELIVERS ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. "BE AWARE TO SHOP WITH OTHER HOME DISTRIBUTOR COMPANIES". I CUT OFF MY PGE THINKING THEY WERE GOING DELIVER ON SUNDAY. NOW MY fOOD IS RUINED. I will shop some where else. Costco had same refrigerator should followed my first mind. I going close my account either go best buy or home depot. Lack of customer service and cannot even contol what's going on online after purchase. I am pissed. Zuli customer service representative for lowes online, made everything better with a discount due my in convenience.
Bought a new microwave, customer service in that dept was lousy girl was sitting down on phone and never offered to help us with our selection. Just barely pointed to the microwave. Bought a warranty my last microwave only lasted 8 months. Christina cashiered was very helpful explaining warranty and what we need to do. She was great help!
If I could leave 100 stars, I would and they would all go to Mr. Britt. His customer service was phenomenal to say the LEAST. He was so fun and friendly and down to earth. It was like he truly cared and just was so invested in what it was that we needed to accomplish. He knew where everything was that we needed. ACTUALLY TOOK US THERE instead of pointing home depot. He is BEYOND an exemplar employee. Old Home Depot needs to come take some notes on how to treat their customers because they lost my business as I was treated exceptionally well here at Lowes by Britt. Will be shopping here from now on! Thank you Britt. And that IS a cool name!
Regularly uses misplaced signs stating sales that don't include anything near the sign in the vegetables in order to cheat you at the checkout... Beware! And pay attention to your totals and receipts.
Went shopping here for washer and dryer and a refrigerator for a new home. The young lady that helped us was very friendly, knowledable and patient. We found and purchased all three! Quality products at Lowes.
