Customer service online stinks. I bought these gloves they were oval not round. I ordered them on the 26th of Dec received them on Jan 11th could return for full credit to my card. They said only in store credit because it was past 30 days from date ordered. I said really. I just got them 7 days ago. The girl was snooty and said it’s from your order date. I said that isn’t right just not right. She wouldn’t make an exception. That was my first time buying too. Never again. Product was cheap too. It was $64 on sale all plastic. That’s one of reasons why I was returning.
Always like this shop, great items but stock was extremely low.
Not the Kirkland's of past....far fewer items and not really impressed with the items they did have. Probably just another store suffering due to post Covid shortage of items available.
Found exactly what I wanted & the best workers, Linda & friend! My grandson used to work there & they miss him!!!
Always find something nice here. Several years ago we bought a chair and 4 years later is still in great condition
One of my favorite places to shop, but the smell was so strong that I almost felt like it was taking my breath.
I love this store, all the beautiful decor and how clean and organize it is. Customer service is also great, I want to recognized a lady who works there “Linda” she is sweet and attentive. She always offer to bring your purchase to the register so you don’t have to carry it around.
Very nice place to find unique home furnishings at decent prices. They have many pictures, all sizes for the walls. Also many picture frames. They also have a large assortment of scented candles and packets. Many wall signs to suit your mood, and lots of decorations for upcoming holidays. Just a real nice place to browse and find that perfect wall treat.
We drove all the way from Orlando to purchase mirrors they only had at this location. The ladies that helped us, Bridget and Abby, were wonderful! They helped us with the packaging and loading of the mirrors and we were so grateful for their pleasant conversation and effort. Thank you!
Kirklands is a great place to find all different things. There's always wonderful sales and lots of clearance deals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for things to decorate your home, small furniture, great gifts, and many other things-check this place out! Also, i cant forget to mention how incredible it smells in there! Take the trip, you won't regret it!
