We are an adult (55 & up) Mobile Home/RV community. We offer RV sites priced from $307 to $392 per month on a annual basis. (minimum 1 month @ 20% more) We have many snow birds who rent annually and leave their units here when they go back north. Others are local people who come for weekends to fish and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. We also have re-sale mobile homes available on our rented lots priced from $381 - $423 monthly which includes water, sewer and garbage.
