If I could give them more stars, I would. I absolutely love the work they did on my master bath. It was a total overhaul, and they did an excellent job. The man in charge of the construction kept me updated every morning of his planned work for that day, and every afternoon before he left of what he accomplished that day. They had to move an attic access, tear out part of a wall, repair water damage, and so much more. He also asked everyday if there was anything we didn't like or wanted to change and was more than happy to meet our requests. My bathroom turned out great, and in only 8 days.  THANK YOU!!!

The process started out great! Unfortunately it did not end that way. I would like to say the employees that came and did the work were all very professional. This company  has a missing link in communication with their customers.  We were quoted up to 6 weeks for our countertops to arrive . No problem at all. However on a Monday morning  2 weeks in  at 920am two gentlemen knock on my door, I answer to hear we are here to remove your counter tops. I was taken by surprise and was not one bit ready for them. Good thing I work from home.  There was no communication at. No call, no email, no text.  From this point, everything has just gone down hill. To include rudeness from MR. C  owner/ manager?He is clearly out for the money. He was very concerned about payment being made verse addressing the items that were concerns. Unfortunately there were items discussed at the start that were not done and Mr C shows no interest in making them correct. I hope this is not normal business practices for KBD and we were just the unlucky ones. Unfortunately we will / would not recommend KBD/ Go to Pro Kitchen & Bath is their new name.Service:&nbsp;Kitchen countertop replacement

KBD recently completely our kitchen remodel, to include entirely different kitchen layout and design, as well as new flooring and trim throughout the entire main floor of our home.  We could not have asked for a better job to be done.  Our construction crew was top notch, and we are so thankful for their fast, efficient, meticulous work.  It was a costly job, but it was done perfectly, and we could not be happier.  The best of the best here.

They did a outstanding job on our kitchen. I can't say enough about how attentive they was to our needs and spending time with us answering all our questions. Our installers, Rick and Riley was fantastic, very detail oriented, listened to our questions and needs. They was very polite and always cleaned up after themselves. I can't think of anybody else that I would want to remodel our kitchen. KBB made this a truly rewarding experience! Thank you to Missy, Miles and our installers!

KBD recently finished our kitchen remodel and we are incredibly satisfied with everything. The designer made sure we were happy every step of the way, the scheduler ensured a smooth removal and install of the countertop and backsplash. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable and performed the work quickly and with minimal interruption to our lives.I would not hesitate to use them again and have referred them to several of our friends.

This was a great experience. They built our dream kitchen from bare walls to finish. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product. The staff worked with us at every turn and had great ideas. My wife and I strongly suggest to get in touch with KBD and start your dream like we did.

I feel I need to write a review to counteract the negative one currently in Google. We just had a total kitchen remodel by KBD and love our new kitchen! We were so impressed with the testimonials on their website that much of the work was done while we were at our Florida condo. Missy from KBD kept in touch with us by email and sent pictures of the floor tile before it was installed. The cabinets are beautiful and they even sent one door back before we got home because it arrived damaged. Doug Smith, who did most of the work for us, was a perfectionist who did our valence several times because he wasn't satisfied with the wood or the way it fitted. So,yes, there were some issues but KBD rose to the challenge each time and did a wonderful job for us.
