If you are looking for a place that does rewarding work, I highly recommend working here. Either as a caregiver or a home care aide, you will be a part of helping others in your community that truly need it. You will work with wonderful administrative staff and be fully supported in your role. This organization really cares and is an integral part in many lives in Kitsap County and the surrounding areas!
I have worked with this company for 5 years now. I love this job. It is hard work, but being a care giver means hard work. The best part of the job is my clients. They can be so sweet. My bosses, are understanding and caring. The staff that works in the building are very sweet. I love working for these guys.
Not enough pay. Doesn't deal with clients needs. Doesn't give you time off when you need it, and will get upset at you for asking it in the first place. Works you like a dog pretty much. Had an experience where I did HOH work, and didnt give me the pay that comes with it. Not a friendly environment. Wouldn't suggest going there for an job.
They don't treat their caregivers well at all. And they don't seem to care about all the negative feedback they get considering this has been the same attitude for them for years.
I personally did not have a negative experience at this place and would recommend people to come and work here. I enjoy working with the staff here and the people I work with.
Horrible place to work. Pretty much a guarantee you wait OVER A MONTH to receive your check, and then not tell you they're mailing your check to you, so you get to wait almost a week and a month for ONE CHECK. The service is awful, the clients are worse, and I'd rather shoot myself in the face than work for them again. Good luck clearing a thousand dollars a month working for them! If you wanna drown in your bills, then by all means apply!
this place overworks their caregivers until they can no longer perform their duties with efficiency. i worked there at one point and when i asked for a specific permanent day off they refused to give it to me, i worked 6 days a week and sometimes they would call and ask me to work on my day off. when i told them i would quit if they didnt give me the day off i wanted the woman whined and complained that if i quit she has to hire 2 new people to take my place. I was apparently doing the work of TWO people. this is a horrible company. i highly recommend going elsewhere as a caregiver for work and as a client for services.
I don't know of any quality employer that threatens to fire people for not being willing to work in adverse road and weather conditions. They care more about their profit than they do the safety of their employees.
Repeatedly care giver scheduled would not show up. Sub care givers included. Several different instances of care givers being unperfessional. Seems like office staff or scheduler did not care about my needs as a client.
I've been with this company since 2011 and the schedulers screw up my schedule on a regular basis and I am really getting tired of this And now it seems it's getting worse they scheduled the caregivers and then they call either the day before or on the day the worker is suppose to be working with me and say that their unavailable that's unexceptable to me and I would tolerate it anymore if this happens again I'm going to leave this company and look for some one better
