Klean King Car Wash

I went here after my car took water in during a flash flood. I explained to them my situation and exactly what happened and they assured me that they could get me taken care of ASAP. I went in everything took about an hour and I was pretty pleased initially. The customer service was pretty good but I was worried about my mats because upon returning the car to me they were dripping wet. I was told to sit them in the sun which I did but I was hesitant because I noticed the floor of my car was also still wet. The person cleaning my car reassured me that it would dry. However, I started to notice a smell in my car almost immediately after getting it detailed. I figured it was just the water trying to dry so I went in with a towel and tried to ring the water out. I spent about 30 minutes drying the floor and ringing the water out. However when I came back the next day my car smelled awful. I took it to a different auto detailer and was told that because the water was sitting it would soon cause mold if I didn’t get the carpet re- cleaned and dried. The service was nearly $400 and I paid it because I can’t not have my car. But I am a college student. I’m already struggling to cover very basic life necessities. I called and requested a refund because I incurred the additional charge and the manager was very set on not refunding me the $60 that was charged to further worsen my car’s condition. She did insist that I come back which was appreciated but I could not run the risk of the same thing happening again. It is extremely humid and moist in New Orleans and I didn’t want to lose my car. Overall, I wouldn’t say that this has been the absolute worst experience but I’d definitely recommend only getting serviced here if your car is in mint condition. If you are seeking their services to mend a problem you’re experiencing I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because you will need someone to go over their work.Services: Full body wash

Spent over 3 hours at this place, the vehicle was streaked up, the inside wasn't vacuumed, the window were still dirty. The manager said she was having someone put a 150 coat on the truck as a favor. That mess in the bottle aint worth150 dollars. This was the second time they messed up. Will not be returning. I know people need to work, but either they stop to go get high or they so high they don't have any focus. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR MONEY

This was my first and last time using this service. After paying $175 for a full detail and tipping 10% , when I picked up my car they told me they under charged me because it was so dirty when I dropped it off and that extra tip would be appreciated. This made me very uncomfortable. They did do a *pretty* good job with the clean but I don't know if I'd call it a full detail. They missed a couple of things, and also scratched my car trying to get a magnet off the door. Apparently they have another service for $400 where they make your car look "like new." Not sure the difference between that and a full detail. I would've been a return customer if they hadn't asked for extra money at every step of the cleaning. The first time I went there the 2 girls that cleaned my car did an amazing job. This time a guys did it. The inside was good. The outside was spotty and streaky, the windshield was streaky and cloudy looking. I didn't even notice until the sun hit it once I was home, I saw the windshield once I was driving. ‍‍

Let’s see where so i begin. Please don’t waste your time going to these people. They will waste your time for hours just to give you your car back looking worst or something is broken. While I was waiting the guy cleaning the car ran someone truck into the fence. My problem is the guy who cleaned my car broke my windshield wiper & didn’t say anything oh and the inside was not cleaned all the way.

Full detail? A child could have done a better job than this. Left a bottle of cleaner in the back floor board. Streaks all over the outside and windows. Looks like they just vacuumed and sprayed tire shine on. Will never go back to this placeService: Full body wash

Wish I could give them a 0. Been there a 1 1/2 they didn't wipe my inside down or nothing I had to do that just terrible. $25 plus $6 tip for something my 4 year old could have did and my backseat wet because they had let the window down. Guess ill go home and wipe the inside down.

Worse experience ever!! Took my vehicle for a regular wash including interior wipe down. I was charged double compared to other places. $80 for a regular wash. I waited 2 hours , they did not even wipe down the inside, nor remove the carpets to vacuum. How can you be in this business and not even do an ok job? Not worth your time and money. There were French fries in the center console , they didn’t even try to do a good job. I pulled up after I left and cleaned up inside myself. They also used the same wiping cloth they use to clean the wheels on the inside of the doors. I repeat, they do not know what they are doing!Service: Auto detailing

I haven't seen baby my car this clean since I drove her off the lost. The detail that was taken into cleaning my vehicle was immaculate. Any small detail missed the owner made sure it was handled before leaving the lot. Moving from Texas the prices can't compare to the detailing you get. I made sure to tip for one of my best experiences with a Local Business. Great customer service, great prices, time management, and attention to detail is hard to find. Klean King has my business for a lifetime.

They did a horrible job, they didn’t Armoral anything except two tires on one side of the truck, the other side got nothing. There was wax residue.left all over the truck.Services: Full body wash
