WHAT I DO: I specialize on athletes who are looking to get faster and/or people who are looking to rediscover their inner athlete :). My coaching philosophy integrates nutrition, strength training and periodized race-training focused on speed and strength, which means you end up with lower body fat%, more strength, speed, endurance, mobility & flexibility, which will mean faster race times.
HOW I DO IT: By integrating lifestyle & sports nutrition, strength training, and periodized training plans we see positive results in people’s everyday lives and their racing stats. Common side effects: Better Sleep, Extended Mobility, Lowered Resting Heart Rate, Better Endurance, Reduced Body Fat %.
