Kmart

The store was clean and looked well maintained for its age. Can be a little strange to get into the parking lot due to traffic. Good selection and staff were friendly. Liked it better than the nearby Walmart. It is scheduled to close in 2018.

There going out of business. Went into the Pharmacy for a refill. Surprise the Pharmacy close last month! Didn't know that. Happen to see a lady I know. She was nice enough to fell me in on what happens with the Pharmacy. I'm not going to Target pharmacy.

Many store departments were empty and had a lack of stock. What was available was overpriced to a degree. Over the years, much of their inventory has been diminished. How they can promote having a gardening section is beyond means. Walking inside, clothing racks are spread put everywhere as a maze, with no clear walking aisle anywhere.

The store is closing, so everything is on sale to ckear the shelves.

store was clean and cashier were nice but besides that the place is the pits. they have very few limited selections. used to go in there to avoid walmart now there's no point. I see them closing down eventually.

We purchased a patio set from Kmart in Martinsburg last week April 2017 and found one chair defective and a broken tile when we brought it home and tried to put it together. We returned the defective items to Kmart hoping we would not have to return the entire set. Bryce, the store manager, was courteous, resourceful and helpful. He allowed us to ecchange the items from the display that we needed. I was estactic! I am very appreciative of their customer service.

Was horrible! Store is closing it is a chaotic nightmare. Kids running wild throwing balls and riding bikes in the aisles, and no one doing anything to stop it. Not enough cashiers lines backed up terribly.

Love k mart, always go when out of town as we dont have them in southern oregon anymore. Stocked up on my fav jo boxer panties and they always have what I need got a workout outfit for hotel gym at an affordable price. Friendly cashiers, quick in n out sevice and convenient location.

This Kmart was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Its about like any other Kmart ive been to. It has the basics at a decent price.
