Kmart

Terrible customer service. Stood at "customer service" for fifteen min. Employees passing without a word; only for one younger gal to walk up stare at me blankly and in a very snarky way ask me what I need. I would not suggest shopping at Kmart to anyone. Kmart has gone down hill. Customer service can make or break a facility as I believe this sadly what is happening here.

Probably the worst store all in Sioux City. I would much rather go to Walmart than KMart. Asked help to lift a large pool. Didn't get help. Asked for a second time. No help. It came to the point where we found a creeper and did it ourself. To find out they labeled the pool the wrong price and we had to grab a different pool. The customer service is the worst. Nothing but bad service. Never going back. Freaking ever.

I like it here. Nice and quiet, good deals, and they have everything you need. Hopefully it continues to stay open. Pop in before Walmart if you're not a fan of hectic shopping experiences

The store is closing and the merchandise has been picked over. I can't believe it stayed open as long as it has. Pretty much like any Kmart, unchanged since 1993.

This store has always been a wonderful experience, and I even bought good-quality merchandise from there. Sad to see it's leaving the property.

Was there for the close out deals. They were not really deals, cause the sale prices were more expensive than regular prices at like Walmart, target, you know the other stores here in town.

Sad to see it go. They always had great sales. Another one loses the battle to Walmart.

Horrible I understand why the closed down ! Bought a bunch of clothes before closing right away tears in fabric. Quality of theyre products suck

Out of everything, walked around store to find help couldn't find anyone. No electronic section just dvds. There clearance area is cheap though.

Nice store, can find some good deals, still have layaway 365 days a year.
