Horrible service, had to wait while staff ignored me with a young baby. More than one staff member was grumpy and rude when I asked for directions to a certain product and price query. Will be shopping at Te Rapa from now on where I have found the staff there lovely. Prices were also wrong then not sold at the price online.
First time in 4 years going to kmart…didnt realise the checkouts were central…must say a better shopping experience without a crowded sheep method of lining up to pay for items.Staff and security were helpful in directing me to where products I sought. The checkout person was diligent in her approach and left her counter to scan a microwave I just bought.I didnt have to lift it out at self serving till. Thanks kmart also your prices are very competitive.Well done.
Good for affordable basics. Keeps the family clothes & shoes on a small budget. Also love the kitchen section. Very affordable. Cheap with warranty on electric goods too.
Big, cheap, slightly depressing. Only self-service checkouts operating when I visited, I'm not even sure whether they have checkouts with real people. Staff were few and far between. Overall I think I prefer to get my cheap stuff from The Warehouse.
Received a parking fine for spending 1 hour 20 in the store. Spent over $200 instore and still had to pay parking fine. Pays to check the time you enter!
Stores nicely laid out, staff are helpful. The parking is stupid. We were inside the store, paying for the products we had bought at Kmart when I got ticketed. Even after appealing with proof of receipt, I've been told regardless of being in the shop, using the carpark as intended.. I still have to pay $60 for being literally 2 minutes late. Who the heck only spends exactly 60 minutes in Kmart? Ruined the experience. Beware, constantly check your watch or set a timer so you can rush out halfway through your shop. The carpark is not owned by Kmart and they won't do anything.
Amazing I love kmart! I got everything I needed and a couple things I didn't The prices were really competitive and such a wide selection of household items. I wanted to get an artificial plant for a dead space corner and found everything I needed plus a beautiful wall clock that's just perfect for my kitchen!
Great store, pretty clean and tidy especially for the evening. Couldn't find what I was looking for on the shelf but the staff were awesome on finding it at the back as they were just restocking.
Real tough competitor of warehouse! Whenever I go inside Kmart I feel they have everything just like warehouse except some plants, toolings, and big furniture items. It has good quality clothing and various household items. For kids they have plenty of toys including drones. Bicycle lovers can grab the quality bicycles from here. Like warehouse living & co brand, these guys have home &co which is quite good for daily use.
Never received good customer service at this store cheap electronics that they never honour their guarantee. Don't buy anything that's electronic from Kmart its landfill material
