Went to Walmart in cambridge Sunday morning. I was told there is no cashier and the manager was not helpful at all. I did go to self checkout but refused to do the work I told the person that they can check me which they did. I do not work there nor do I get a staff discount. It is not my problem if the staff at self checkout is there to watch people. I should have an option. I don't go to Walmart often only went there to get a sale item. I will not be back service sucks
One of the dirtiest Walmarts I’ve ever been in. The shelves are usually empty and don’t have what your looking for. And the online shopper employees stand blocking the isle and are rarely helpful when you have a question. I think it’s time to take my money elsewhere.
Very slow cashier here… stuff here seems organized and easy to locate.
Visited Walmart for some back to school shopping. The staff were very friendly. Was greeted by Nicholas in the shoe section, who was very friendly. The gentleman at the self check out was also very nice. We then visited the McDonald's within Walmart and were served by Stut. She was so sweet she brought my daughter a cute little hat to wear. Really nice service today!!!!
Very helpful staff in the aisles and at the check out. Although the staff are helpful and are willing to go out of their way which I feel like I have the beneficiary of, after 9 pm self-checkout is your only option as the cashier aisles are at that point closed for the evening. Assistance is available, but I’m still the kind that likes the interaction with a human at the checkout.
The customer service was extremely poor!!! The store was very messy. Product was on the floor, people were walking and driving cart over it. Area around fitting rooms was unbelievably messy. Fitting rooms were full of clothes that people tried on and left on the floor. I have never seen this much mess in Walmart before! Day by day its getting worse.
I have had it with this location! The store is dirty, shelves look like it was Black Friday and quite frankly 90% of the employees are Indian and either don’t understand you or have no idea what your talking about when you ask for a certain item. I was told to show them on the internet and still I was sent all over the store looking. What ever happened to staff walking you to the item you looking for? I will never go to Walmart again!
One of the worst Walmarts I have ever shopped in. Workers stand around rather than trying to help those who need help loading their groceries. No carts available, but plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. When I addressed two managers, I was told the carts were limited as they keep getting stolen but more were being delivered in the next week or two. Would it not make sense to put the overload of staff that stand around the self serve doing very little and have them bring in the few carts they do have sitting around outside? I complained to the two managers and got a “thanks for your feedback”, but felt they were not genuinely interested in my concerns. I am sure I won’t make a difference, but I will not be shopping at this Walmart again.
They refused to adhere to the advertised photo, horrible customer service experience at this Walmart on 17th feb 2023. Customer service representative front end named Mona was very rude and y professional . This Walmart needs its employees well trained And maybe teach them some etiquette
