as someone who is blind, and fairly often, shops at Kohl’s, my experience yesterday was absolutely awesome! Again, as someone who is blind, to be able to have associates helping me with my shopping needs, is awesome! This is not always been the case in the recent past, but my experience yesterday, included several different associates, in several different departments, help ping me a great deal. I hope to continue having a happy shopping experience at Kohl’s.
My shopping experience at Kohl's was great on Friday. The items I wanted were in stock, and on sale, and I had a % off. At checkout, the clerk "Dottielou" was so very nice and quickly got me through the line. So nice to have someone so nice and that makes you feel special during checkout.
The Winchester, VA Kohl's is a great place to shop for children's clothing. There are usually good sale prices on clothing including men's T-Shirts. The employees at this Kohl's are very friendly and helpful. The customer service representative, Dottie Lou, was extremely helpful with explaining sales prices and how the Kohl's discounts work. I highly recommend this Kohl's store.
Had a terrible time finding my size bras in the brand and style I normally wear with the same for underwear. There was plenty in the smaller sizes, but 42B -C were very hard to come by. Also, in my opinion, there is no reason all the dressing rooms are not open. If there are no other Covid precautions in place, telling me the dressing room in lingerie is not open because of Covid makes not sense. Walking back and forth across the store is ridiculous.
Front door handles going into the store were super filthy last week. Didn't want to touch them they were so bad. Also had no selection of matching bath rugs and toilet rugs with rubber backing....can't find them anywhere
Placed an online order for multiple items and received an email 3 days later telling me the entire order was cancelled because they didn't have any of the items in stock.
Extremely rude and unorganized! Tried asking a loss prevention specialist Ariel for help and was told it's not her job! Very disappointed with the customer service! Will not return
They always have the best price on clothes and the best looking stuff
Very friendly cashier signed up my daughter for Kohl’s card! Helped us save on our purchase!
Had a massive line and only 2 checkout lines open on a Saturday! Absolutely crazy. Clean store. I waited in line about 15 minutes to buy 1 thing.
