I recently visited Kohl's department store, and while my experience was moderate, there were a few things that left me feeling less than satisfied. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that Kohl's did not carry some of my favorite brands. As someone who likes to shop for specific items, it was frustrating to find that I couldn't find what I was looking for at this store. I understand that every retailer has their own selection of brands, but I wish that Kohl's would expand their offerings to include a wider range of products. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that Kohl's did not have my size in certain items, specifically my preferred brand of underwear. While I know this may seem like a small issue, it's frustrating to not be able to find basic items that I need. I would have appreciated if Kohl's carried a wider range of sizes and brands, especially for items like undergarments. However, there were some positive aspects of my experience at Kohl's. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to shop and find what I needed. The staff were also friendly and helpful when I had questions about certain products. Overall, while my experience at Kohl's was only moderate, I believe that with some improvements, it could be a great place to shop. I would be more likely to return if they expanded their selection of brands and sizes, especially for basic items like underwear.
Great selection of clothes and we even got stuff off their clearance rack. I feel it was still expensive but that's my opinion. We went on a Tuesday evening and there was nobody there! I loved that! The cashier was friendly and very kind!
Got friendly help when we couldn't find what we we're looking for. There was a little line when we went pay but the employees saw the line and got us out quick. Aimee had a great smile, friendly and got us out quick!
The associate was awesome; stayed with us until my granddaughter was able to order exactly what she wanted when the stores were out of her size. Thank you so much for making her day!
I love shopping here! The prices range in price. Clothes are good quality and fun to look around! They also have great deals
I was at Kohl’s. The shelf fell and hit my foot. The people were very efficient in helping me. Plus the dresses are beautiful.
One of the employees possibly a manager that's usually back in customer service short white hair with glasses is very judgemental and a bit rude. Other than her, the store is as expected. Clean and usually well put together. Recovery struggles around the holidays like anywhere
Helpful staff, great products, helped me get 30 % off on my last visit. Ps, Amazon returns person, very nice, professional.
Kohl's has always been awesome on pricing and selection. Of course I like Adidas quite a bit and their selection for Adidas is bomber. They even had a rack with 50% off the already marked down items on the rack I got a $40 t-shirt for like $3.50. The lady that worked in the service booth because I went early and they use that as a check stand she was super awesome.
Store is super clean, but the selection is kinda meh. It's gone downhill in recent years. Most annoying part is the associates harassing you to get the kohls credit card. I politely said no THREE TIMES. Seriously!
