Clean space. Parking lot can be a traffic jam. Huge establishment. Saphora is a great addition to the space. Shelves were stocked. I didn't see many staff on the floor but the staff I did see/interact with were friendly. Has a lot to offer in product. Amazon return is available at this location. Overall good experience.
Kohl’s is well organized and there ease in funding various things. The staff’s always pleasant and helpful. Their relationship with Amazon make it convenient to deliver returns to Amazon or pickup things shipped to Kohl’s as a pickup point. Kohl’s is an important shopping option in the location The quality of goods in all departments is excellent. I would think improving quality of items in woman’s shoes and hand bags have a step or two up to go. I will not buy shoes or bags made of man-made materials. A plastic shoe will not form well and be as comfort leather. Nor does the man-made materials in bags wear or look as well as leather. These critical elements for me are reasons for a rating of 4.
Great experience. Quick and easy return of an Amazon purchase. In store I found what I needed at a great sale price. Sales people were very helpful and friendly.
Kohls is a great place to shop. They have a huge selection of name, brand merchandise. Along with very good quality store brands as well. Currently you can go to their website at kohls.com and find instant savings. Currently they are offering kohls cash which is a program where after spending a certain amount of dollars you receive rewards which you can use on future purchases. If your kohls cash expires currently they have some leeway on expiration dates. They have a nice jewelry, selection, clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories. They always have a nice selection of holiday merchandise. They were always well stocked and the only issue with this store currently is the lack of employees. It's very hard to locate an employee for assistance while on the sales floor. This evening, I patiently waited over 15 minutes at the jewelry counter and no one ever showed up to help me. The cashiers just watched me wave at them, and did nothing to help me. This is just another disappointing sign of the times. Sadly, it's just a matter of time before most brick and mortar stores disappear, and be swallowed up by their online presence.
Everything here at regular price is completely overpriced. You have to use all their deals and kohls cash and their credit card to get a reasonable price. So if you’re looking for something specific, you’ll likely overpay. If are looking for random deals and have coupons or kohls cash, hit the clearance racks
This was the first time I had been to this location, but I was able to find what I was looking for with no problem at all. The cashier was very friendly and it was a good experience overall.
Still pricey. Would like to see lower pricing. Nice store but cluttered aisles.
Came here to return an Amazon package. When you do that, they give you a $5 Kohl's cash coupon. If you will wander around there are some great bargains to be found with that five bucks. Everyone is short on staff right now so I don't hold that against them for having a somewhat messy store. Prices are a little high for things that aren't on sale but they do have bargains here and there.

just watched them be very racist to a black woman customer. i'm glad i witnessed and recorded it. got the entire thing! i will be emailing this to corporate. very disgusting behavior shown today. smh
