This Walmart was very dirty inside. I’ve never seen one this disgusting. I purchased one item and the self checkout machine did not return my change. The attendant scanned her badge and walked away. The machine said it was calibrating and then finished but still did not return the change. When the attendant was asked for help again she said “it didn’t give you your change?” We showed her the error slip the machine printed and she told us we would have to go to customer service to get our money. After waiting 15 plus minutes in that line we finally got the change. During this time I noticed how unclean and unkempt the store was. The floor was littered with debris. Everything from slips of receipt paper to leaves from outside. I also noticed multiple stains on the floor and a line of “ick” along the customer service counter floor that looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in months. As far as I could tell the store was adequately stocked and I got what I came in for. However the cleanliness or lack thereof would ensure that I don’t ever return to that store again.
Thought I had an issue with a battery I had purchased a few days before. The associate assisted me by, first, communicating with me the ability and process of the transaction. Then, had her coworker further assist me, in checking to see if the battery was bad, or not. After finding out it was good, I was given it back in efficient time, and able to go on about my day. Keep up the great team work!!
There were super long lines, only 2 lines open and a couple of checkouts in the self checkout area. More staff walking around then on a register. We each stood in line for over an hour. Please do better.
Dear Walmart Team, I recently visited this Walmart store and wanted to share a positive review! Even though I sometimes saw that the management was short-handed on staff, I could still find all the items I needed. What really impressed me was how clean and organized it was despite this. I understand that due to the world's current climate, it can be challenging to keep up with staffing levels. But because of how well-maintained the store is, I'm willing to look past it. I hope my feedback will encourage you and your team to keep up this great work!
Walmart's shop and deliver person did not catch it. Molded cheese.
I would like to share my experience with the young lady that works in the Cosmetics Department. She was very attentive to my Mom whom was looking for this specific lipstick. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. The Customer Service that she provided was very much appreciated.
I love the Walmart curbside pickup think there's a lot of kids working there they told me my TV was cancelled. But my email confirm that my order was there so I had to call Walmart headquarters let the headquarters lady talked to another person so they could find my TV and then they couldn't help me put it on top of my car so I did it myself
DO NOT USE THEIR PICK UP SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! They will send an email saying that it's ready, then you'll spend two hours in their parking lot trying to call them and when they finally answer they will tell you it still needs to be prepped. This store would be more functional as an empty lot. If zero stars was an option, it would still be too high a rating for this disgrace of a store
The selection of merchandise was pretty slim. I acknowledge it was the holiday weekend! I'm glad it was just a leisure visit vs. a full-blown supply run.
They never answer their phone and when they do they answer they usually hang up on purpose act like they are too busy to assist you Walmart has lost it’s it use for the public long time ago. It’s just getting worse by the day
