As a millennial, I've been sleeping on Kohl's. Well, not anymore! The deals ate everywhere and if sign up for their emails and get the Kohl's card not an endorsement, I don't know your pockets, right? you will get so many discounts thrown at you that it'll leave your head spinning! These pictures are from Kohl's of Homewood. PROS: Always greeted as soon as I entered by friendly professionals. The bathrooms are always clean. The styles and inventory change weekly. Shop online and pick up in-store. SEPHORA! Need I say more? CONS: The store can get unorganized, or shelves left bare. Some of the items are dated-looking. The music is snooze-worthy at times. The wheelchair-accessible door is not as fast as it should be. Mens section is sad, needs more fashion-forward clothing to bring in a more diverse clientele. Note: No reviews are paid or sponsored. I've been going to this store for several years. Overall it's a decent store, clean, neat. However, it seems like the selection is dwindling --especially in women's clothing. Not pleased they discontinued the Dana Buchman brand. I was happy with my service today and kudos to Rochelle who helped me out with a coupon issue. She was very pleasant and professional.
Went to pick up an order for the first time and tried to follow the directions sent to my cell phone. The person at the Customer Service Desk was VERY rude and NOT pleasant to interact with! When I was trying to advise her of my situation, said rudely, "let me see your phone" and told me I had already picked it up! Told her I had NOT and was trying to follow the directions sent to me. She then pointed to the bins and rudely told me to look in the #3 bin. DIDN'T appreciate her ATTITUDE and WAS NOT treated as a VALUED, LOYAL, LONG TIME customer!!! WILL NOT shop at that location EVER AGAIN!!!!
On my most recent visit to this Kohl's Store, I found everything I was looking for at just the right price. Also, when I asked assistance from a Sales Associate, she was very helpful and had a really friendly attitude.
Went there to look at the jewelry. After requesting help, I ended up waiting around 10 minutes for an associate to come. I was told she's the only one in the store that can handle jewelry. I find that odd. On the bright side I did get a piece of jewelry for 90% off.
I found ever thing that my grandson want. The cashier was nice and the store was very clean.
Very friendly staff. I came to drop my Amazon package off and they showed me where to go with no problem. The store was also very clean!
Very nice staff , registers went down so there was a wait. They gave me water and Kohls $.
