I so love Walmart vision & glasses section of the store!!! I had a 2pm appointment, and they were on point w the services at the exact time. I went on a Tuesday and on Thursday of the same week I received a call saying my glasses were back!! That's the fastest I've ever gotten a pair of glasses from anywhere.. The service was exceptional!! This location will be my new place to get my glasses. They have some pretty and reasonable specs.. Oh, and the employees was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring people... I absolutely love this location. I'm referring all my friends to this location
This store is always a mess. Frequently find items all over the floor, spills left uncleaned, and the shelves in complete disarray. That's when there are items on or near the shelves at all. Frequently large swathes of items are unstocked. Outside problems relating to the merchandise, be prepared to be badgered about showing a receipt walking out the door. In one case, I had to wait in line behind others for ten minutes while they were harassing other customers before me. I don't have very high standards for a Walmart, but I've seen few stores more incourteous and mismanaged than this one.
They have gotten better at this location and these employees are more helpful. I slowed going to them because service was terrible. But since I had a better experience, I will start back shopping at this location.
I am not a Wal-Mart employee so why am I ringing up and bagging my purchases? There's rarely "cashiers" available to help with self check out in a timely manner; they're standing around gabbing with each other, mostly. There's rarely decent stock of the dog food I can only find at Wal-Mart, that's the ONLY reason I shop there.
One star is to much for this walmart on Torrence. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order for a cake was told I'll write the order up but that's all I can do the Manger is on break and will call you to verify when she gets back. No call so I called the next day I was on the phone for over an hour speaking to people then getting transferred. Then I guess they got tired and just hung up on me. Not even sure if my order will be made .
Walmart is my favorite store because it gives me the best chance to save money. It was heartbreaking to have the Walmart close in my neighborhood recently. Thus, l was ITCHING to go to buy things. And yes, l did. I bought tea, diabetic shakes, pop and other things too. I was there for quite a while. I also saved quite a bit of money. I don't really have any negatives. The customer service was good. They helped me find 5-hour energy, which was on my list. One more thing: if you're into playing the lottery like l am, they do have a machine that you can play. I won a little money . All in all, it's a very good store. I look forward to returning at some point.
If I could do a minus stars I would. Worst customer service on the planet Place a delivery order on the Walmart app pay the additional fees for 3-hour delivery that was 4 days ago still waiting for the order. Contacted Walmart customer service they tried to contact the store The young lady came back on the line and said unfortunately I can't find anybody to help me I just passed from person to person which exactly what happened to me when I tried to call
For the second time in about 7 days and approximately 7-9 times in the past month, I purchased items and the cash register did not reflect the shelf price, including markdowns. I have had to stall already long lines to get the price corrected! I received a call from a Walmart male on last weeks complaint and the employee left no name!!! There are enough employees there standing around on phones to assure that any new product prices are labeled on the shelves, not just the cash register!!!!
It was a nice location when they first opened up. But I have noticed recently in the past few months it has gone down. The shelves aren't stocked. It's dirty all the time. Bathrooms stay gross. And they don't have enough cashiers. On a Friday at 5 pm you should have more than 4 cashiers open. The lines where so backed up. People were standing in the clothing aisles. I'm hoping maybe they have a new manager and are trying to work some things out but they need to get it together. I'm not coming back to shop here
Normally very clean and organized, but switched to mostly self check lanes. That's fine for a few items at a time, but up until the switch I was buying the family's groceries there. Self check does not work for $200 in items. They now only have 5 normal lanes. I'll shop elsewhere for groceries. Update : about 1/3 of the aisles are either clogged, or the merchandise is in disarray. I've added photos to show some examples. When it first opened, this was a decent location. Certainly does not appear to be the case now.
