I Love this kohls and all their employees. They are all super friendly and helpful. Especially Sarah who works in the bath towel section. I needed a certain color hand towel for my bathroom and I showed her a picture of my bathroom colors and she went in the back and found the perfect match along with bath rugs to match. Which of course I bought as well. Thank you Sarah your the best!!
It's nice to be able to make Amazon returns and receive a coupon for Kohl's. It makes shopping here more fun. It's nice that there is a Sephora located inside as well - though there is also a stand-alone Sephora across the street.
I went to the store and buy a suitcase and some clothes. And I was in the line to checkout.And one of the cashier call us very politely and I love the she call us and greet us so gently. I love it. I was not about to open an account with kohl’s, but the way talk with us and shows the savings how we save. She let me to think about it and I open an account with kohls and save more money. I thanks her for showing us a good savings and let us know how are rewards works. And I want to hold some stuff for my husband and she told me that she can hold the stuff also . And she me customer hold slip also.I personally thanks her a lot. God bless her.And then I ask her a name. I can just say her name starts with P So I want to tell the manager for the cashier name starts with P give us excellent customer service, neatly wrap our clothes and greet so nicely. I would love to come in kohl’s and want to meet her.
My first time shopping at Kohls. Pleasantly surprised. Very neatly organized, clean store. No high end merchandise, but good quality at great prices. I like it.
Oftentimes we've come here and can not find the size of shoe we need. This has happened multiple times. But we've figured out that if you check online before you actually go to the store, it'll save a trip. But I always find something to buy at Kohl's lol
The lady in Sephora was Awesome! She helped my granddaughter get color matched with her makeup. All of the ladies that were working were very nice, helpful and professional. I will go back again.
Waited in line with my daughter, in the designated line area. As the next person in line; I assumed I would be next to check out. I approached him he counter, the cashier grabbed my items for check out. However The manager im assuming instructed her to check out a man that had walked up to the line after my daughter and I. Then the cashier tossed my items back to me and motioned for the guy to it cut infront of us. There were 4 other open cashiers. He wasn’t returning anything but apparently his time was more important than ours. I left the store without buying anything.
I like go to Kohl's they have Marvel, DC clothes that we like. Clearance clothes I have time on checking the clothes and pants sizes and spending about 45 mins to 1 hr inside the store. Also if you buy from Amazon you can return and drop it off at Kohl's store, which is a plus. But when I saw this power xl vortex air fryer, it's very sad people open stuff like this. if you're not sure to buy don't open it, grow up.
All of the employees that assisted us during our shopping experience were nice, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming! The Elk Grove Kohl's is a go to location for our family!
I love going to kohl’s since they opened Sephora and have Amazon inside the store. I love the kids, home stuffs and women clothing selection. Great place to shop with coupons otherwise it’s expensive.
