Went to pick up an internet order. Customer service rep was very helpful. A[so decided to purchase some clothing as a gift, woman at the check out was very pleasant.
BEST KOHLS IN NJ. What sets these anchor stores apart from one another is the people you rub elbows with walking around the store, an organized rack system, and no crowds or waiting in lines. This place is never ever crowded and always clean. That's all you can ask for is shopping next to quality people who hold doors for you upon entrance.
Other than how pretty they've made this store look, It is gone way down hill. They don't have enough staff to man the floor or the registers So they shut down registers at the side door. But there is no warning to customers, especially handicapped, who park on the Side, Shop hours in the store with no assistance from any associates, Then try to check out only to find out They have to walk all the way back across the store again to pay. The few workers that were there were too busy talking amongst themselves to notify customers of this or acknowledge their presence when they finally do make it back to the front entrance checkout. They really need to shut down the side door access. Totally ridiculous. Also, this is the Get Kohl's cash For so many $$ spent event. No Kohl's Cash given. Very disappointing.
Ample parking. The store was not very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The cashiers were courteous. There is a large selection of men's clothes on clearance. The clothes were organized well except for a few pieces. I was surprised that most items had different sizes. Usually there is only small and XXL left. I did not use the changing rooms. I did not look at other areas of the store.
Kohls makes enough money to have motorized carts for people with disabilities! Employee's have even made this request I am told and have been denied, apparently. We would shop longer if we could get around better. Also, they never have ample cashiers around and you always have to wait longer than anyone should have considering the crowd size. Wake up Kohls and get with the program!! Order some motorized carts, you can afford it!!!!!
Store is clean. Not busy during the morning. If you are a bigger man,they don't have a large selection of big men's clothes in store. All online. Staff seems friendly for return process.
Great store well stocked help always available clean and neat we make the trip to this store for that reason our local Kohls are not as good as this one

Clean, bright and well maintained Kohls. One of the bigger Kohls I have shopped at. Staff is very helpful and there is always plenty staff on for questions and answers. Bathrooms very clean as well. Dont forget those awesome coupons!!!
Non existent big and tall department. Totally gone downhill after new ownership. Sonoma?
