Unfortunately, the customer service at the Sephora inside Porterville Kohl’s is substandard. I arrived a half-hour before closing and the two young ladies working at the counter were chatting amongst themselves, completely uninterested in assisting a customer. I typically love to give good reviews and support local stores but this was pitiful. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I like that you can do your Amazon returns here. That's very convenient. They always have good sales going on.
I love Kohl’s! The employees are always super enthusiastic, friendly and super helpful! They’re willing to help you shop and answer any questions your may have. Kohl’s also always has awesome deals and coupons!
It's always pleasant shopping here employees smile and ready to assist when you ask. Never make you feel your taking their time. Or feel as your being watched as if a shop lifter.
Customer service was fast and efficient I was able to return my Amazon package no problem in there and out less than a minute
I love Kohl's! The one in Porterville is a little small and not a good selection. I miss the Kohl's in Huntington Beach.
Amazing Staff. They're in the middle of remodeling a few things as well as adding a Sephora department and are doing an excellent job of keeping the store clean and well kept up during all that.
I like the fact that I can easily return Amazon packages at this location now... as for general shopping I've yet to take the time to actually use any of the free coupons they give me, but I'm hopeful.
Was referred to go see rings by my mother, because she mentioned kohl’s had great rings and the worker that helped me was the Manager by the name of “Carol” she was being very rude and inpatient, I felt discriminated. Her tone of voice was not the best, I wanted to buy my gf a ring for valentines and was indecisive which one to purchase because I was looking at a few of them more then once and she seemed to be upset and inpatient about me doing that. Left their so disappointed and hurt.
Well organized and clean store! I had the opportunity to interact with the staff in jewelry department and they could not have been more helpful. Staff members were patient and gave me great recommendations not based in price but on my expressed preference. They always check to make sure I have the max discounts available and seem to keep an eye on the lines so that people are never waiting very long. Great place to shop!
