I couldn’t have done our primary bath remodel without Jeanie Grace! She’s the best designer and was wonderful to work with. She listened, communicated promptly, and completely got the look I wanted, keeping in mind my budget. I LOVE the tiles she helped me select, vanities and fixtures. Jean Grace was amazingly great help. I am a home owner and just learning my way through a big renovation. Jean gave me a ton of time lucky me that I arrived early in a quiet moment. She listened to the things I liked; she listened to the hierarchy of price point choices and why -- and then boom, she had great suggestions and an estimate. I definitely recommend her and Kohler's.

Jean is the most talented and passionate designer I have ever met. She has a keen intuition for bathroom design, and she will fully consider the preferences and characteristics of customers and give her the most professional advice. She even thoughtfully considers the functional details of everything in the bathroom. She has designed three of my stunning bathrooms, and I have already recommended her to my friends.

Jeanie has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has made our bathroom remodel project a truly seamless and wonderful experience! She provided us with highly customized and well curated designs based on our project plan, and did an excellent job of updating myself and our contractor updated throughout the project. We remodeled our bathroom in 2017 and installed brand new Kohler tub. It cracked during install and was replaced. Not even 5 years later and it cracked again, apparently these tubs Archer model I believe, acrylic are notorious for being cheaply made and cracking after talking to contractors. Water damage under the floor leaking into kitchen beneath. 5 years should not be the lifetime of a tub. Will never use Kohler again.
Jean was incredibly helpful and efficient at helping me pick out all of the necessary trim for my bathroom renovation. The Kohler store has so many gorgeous options its hard to make choices, but Jeans deep knowledge of the catalog and her design sense helped make my choices speedy and painless. When I had a few decision changes, Jean delivered customer service with a smile and always responded quickly. I felt like she truly cared about my project and seeing it through to the end.
We love our kohler sink and faucet, but we loved our experience with Jeannie Grace even more. She was professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and truly cared about our kitchen as much as we did. Her customer service is impeccable. She is the reason we will return to Kohler for our next project.
Christeen, the design consultant, was absolutely wonderful to work with. We are remodeling three bathrooms so had lots of decisions to make and she was so helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the selection process not feel overwhelming at all. She is helpful, professional and patient. The Kohler store in Natick is a beautiful store with lots of selections. Highly recommend this Kohler store and Christeen as the Design Consultant.
