I wish Ryan was more professional. Perhaps when two people come in to purchase a plot, he shouldn't act like one doesn't exist. Maybe he should understand that my income goes into my partners bank account and that I'm paying for the plot also. I feel like I was treated like a bystander who was just there along for the ride. I'll bet when a husband and wife come in Ryan only speaks to the husband. He shouldn't be in customer service, especially in such a personal purchase!!!!!
