I stayed here for about a year with my boyfriend and our kids. Everyone was friendly and they kept the place pretty clean. Needless to say, my little ones were sad to leave... so I'm sure we'll be back to visit soon.
Greedy owners bleeding every dime the can. Monthly 1200 insane for dust at 5mph
We lived here for six months. The people around are very polite, especially the maintenance men like Catfish and Tom who work very hard around the park. The bathrooms are pretty well taken care of, and so is the laundry room which you can pay for laundry over an app, how awesome!. So if you need a place to stay that is mostly quiet, clean, friendly and loves pets, this would be your spot.
Very simple, low cost RV park. Onsite laundry, showers, etc. Plenty of long term sites.
Cost for a spot is way too much for what is included. So many holes in the roadway and in the heat of summer their electrical grid is constantly failing. The bathrooms and showers never really clean. People are nosey and love getting involved in everyone else's business if they can.
I do live here, it keeps me close to my family, major stores, restaurants, and doctors. We keep to ourselves. We mind our own business and We Have our chosen friends and have no trouble. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly, there is a laundry room. There are new owners, but I've seen no major changes that are positive. Office is available if needed by phone and email. Information is on the front office window. It is semi quiet, and for a pretty rugged area as close to nature as you can get in the middle of 750,000 people.
Well kept and clean. Nice and quiet with good facilities and hook ups. I have lived here now for 3 years, have been through ownership changes and still have the same nieghbors. That should tell you something right there.
Showers. Laundry. Food and gas is ckise by. Dusty when windy
The management is super friendly and helpful!! They have a small food bank and they are about to expand! I am stoked to see how it turns out. Did you know one of the managers is a famous oil spill preventor? Neither did I! This place loves the environment and I can't wait to do my part and help!
Good place to live and always clean and nice area Just glad they have a spot for me and my family to stay during these hard times of finding a real house just glad they let us park our RV here when we can't afford a brand new one and there is nothing wrong with ours we have now other than that it's 20 years old
