I have been a patient of Dr Andy’s for seven years now. I was initially treated for a year and a half and my experience was wonderful. The staff were always friendly and the results were amazing! After treatment I received a removable top retainer and a permanent bottom retainer was installed. I wore my top retainer so much that it wore out and a new one had to be made for a small fee. Fast forward about five years, I started to have a problem with my bottom retainer. It turns out my bottom teeth were moving which caused some other issues. I came back to Dr. Andy’s office to discuss treatment options, and he treated me a second time free of charge. After another year, my smile is back where it should be! Overall, The service and staff at Kokodynski Orthodontics are unmatched! They stand behind their work and are always willing to go the extra mile!

Dr. Andy and staff have been extremely accommodating, professional and friendly throughout my treatment with them. The initial consultation was thorough and informative and all of my checkups since have been carried out swiftly and efficiently. If you're interested in Orthodontic treatment for either yourself or your kids and live in the SE WI area I would heartily recommend their services. I've enjoyed every step of the process so far. Dr. Andy and staff are extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. I couldn't have been anymore pleased with the treatment that both of my children received. My grandson Wyatt is staying with me in Lake Geneva while his Father is serving in Iraq and his Mother is a police officer is recovering from surgery. I called several orthodontists in the area because his retainer broke and a wire was stabbing him in his tongue. He would not even eat. I called here they took him right away the same day. The dentist cut the wire and my grandson sat back in the chair with a smile and said that feels so much better. We came home and he ate immediately. This is not even his patient. We are extremely blessed and very grateful.. No Charge either What a wonderful staff he has here too .. Mary

Dr. Andy and staff have taken care of two of my kids as patients. Dr. Andy is very professional and is also very easy to talk to about my kids’ treatments, as well as everyday life. His outcomes are fabulous and from someone who’s had braces many years ago with a different orthodontist, I would definitely recommend his team to treat yourself or loved one.

I just moved recently from out of town. My appointment was today. I was so impressed with the doctor and all the staff!!! Everyone was so nice and very professional!!! Couldn't be happier!!!!
