I had a really good experience here. I finally found a dentist that my son will enjoy. He was super nervous and scared but the staff were so kind, they made him feel calm and he was able to get through the appointment. My appointment was for 130 and I got there close to 1:00 pm just so I made sure I had time to fill out paperwork since it was our first visit. We were there no more than an hour really. Once I completed the paperwork, within about 15 minutes they called us to the back. They have seating in the back for parents and its really open and bright back there. A lot of kids were coloring and received gift bags while they waited which is a nice touch. The techs work together to get the patients in and out. The only thing is that the doctor is so busy that you have to make sure you voice your concerns or ask your questions. She was very nice but with all the kids in there she was busy but the techs make up for it. The office staff were pleasant as well and answered all questions that I had. We will definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to get seen very quickly, they made sure that I was comfortable and content while I received a fill-in. All my questions were answered with satisfaction and I didn't have any issues while getting the minor surgery. I would definitely come back and recommend them to friends and families, because they care about their patients and work.

They were very pleasant.... Got us in and out in a timely manner. One gentleman stood out to me he macs sure we had everything and my son felt safe... Brandon Harvey, great job young man. Talia Ames, our dental assist was very knowledgeable, caring about my sons procedure. Enjoy bringing my children to people who, not only like what they do but, do it with passion.

Special thanks to Chris and Cassandra. They were extremely professional and quick. Chris had the schedule running smoothly and on time. Cassandra was patient and kind to my son. She took her time and educated my child regarding proper flossing. Thanks again everyone. Keep up the great work! 5 star employees.

They did an amazing job with my boyfriend. This was his first time and Cassandra was great with him and made him feel really comfortable. He is definitely coming back and I am I am bring my daughter too!!!

Let me start by saying I appreciate Chris the office manager and everybody that worked Dec 7,2018. I was referred for 3 extractions made a appointment was seen promptly long story short I didn't have some information from my dentist that I needed. These kind folks at Kool Smiles Broadway assisted me allowing me to be seen anyway. Kindness goes along way when dealing with the public especially in the healthcare industry. Kindness goes along way with me and I can't thank everybody in that office enough. Thank you all so very much for working with me I appreciate every single one of you.

The experience with the staff at the broadway location in East Baltimore is always pleasant and patient. I have two toddlers and they always act out when its their turn to be seen but their staff always come together to help as best as they. Um, dislike is sometime there can be a wait but its only when children are like out for holidays or seasons and they do have that little play area to keep the children occupied so that's very helpful for as a parent. they do good work

I had the best experience here. The staff were welcoming. Thank you Cassandra for being such a great help! She was so informative, gentle, and did an awesome job with cleaning my teeth!

Unprofessional..... my children had an appointments here and it has been tramatic for them they strap your kids in this straight jacket looking thing and then they rush the work that needs to be done. One of the employees name Liz was very rude and unprofessional telling me that it was time for me to leave after my child just receive treatment. All the while I’m asking her questions about his treatment. You could tell she had a bad attitude and in my opinion shouldn’t be working with children. I didn’t understand why she was in a rush when there was a lot of patients in the waiting room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And we won’t be back

The staff is nice but the wait time is RIDICULOUS. My first visit was a 2 hour wait the 2nd visit wait time was even longer....You arrive to your appointment early as asked and still you don't get seen until well over 2 hours later. Today arrived at 10:40 appointment was 11am Finally seen at 12:44 and then it's still a wait for someone to come in the room....This will be my kids last visit here we will find a new dental home
