Kosta was born in Lesbos, Greeece. He went to Athens Greece as a young man trying to make something of his life. He was trained by one of the top chefs in Greece and by the age of 28 Kosta was the head chef a restaurant called King George. Word spread quickly about Kostas talents as a chef. He was offered a position in Sydney, Australia for a fine dining restaurant called La Botiniere which served Greek & French cuisine. He was in Australia for 10 years before coming to the United States, which was his dream. Here in the US he became partners in a restaurant called Mediterranean Restaurant. Since then he has had several different partners in area pizzerias and restaurants, but always dreamed of opening a restaurant catering in homemade Greek recipes. So Kostas was born.
