I came prepared for my appointment with my mri disk and report. Dr Kramer didn’t bother to look at either before he came into the exam room. He repeatedly interrupted me, didn’t let me fully explain my pain and blew off my concerns. He never even examined me, but told me my next step was definitely an injection. No bedside manner whatsoever, rude and dismissive. He has no business treating patients when he doesn’t have the ability or interest to properly evaluate and diagnose them. Will never return and would NEVER let him near me with an injection.
Dr Kramer has been my ortho for over 20 years. He’s done my 3 back surgeries and I trust no one else but him. I have had different issues come up after a MVA when I was a teen but my back is in great shape now.
Dr Kramer did nothing for me but waste my time. I had two appointments with him and both were full of disappointments. First of all he had me waiting 45 minutes for me to see him and my appointments were scheduled not walk-ins. Once he saw me he didn't even look at my disc. After looking at my scan he said don't worry about what the scan says it's nothing. Im sorry, but protruding disc and spinal stenosis is something to me. I will NEVER go back to him EVER AGAIN!!!
DR. FERRUCCI was whom my husband was referred to - to our dismay he couldn't even get in to see him after waiting 45 minutes in waiting room, he left! appalling as this was his first time in office, staff could care less which is obviously how it is - no one said it would be a while , they just let him sit there until he had to leave due to his schedule
He was late coming into appointment, didnt listen fully to my complaints. Interupted me while speaking, and pushed spinal injections on me with out even explaining my condition or the procedure at all. I am seeking a second opinion.
Dr Kramer he is so good in understanding and so compassion about ur feeling he help my sciatic twice I so so much better I am 65 year old was feeling like 70 or 80 with the sciatic nerve in the work that I do but dr Kramer give me my life back again thank you so much dr Kramer stay safe
Fantastic Ortho. Has helped me so much with my back issues. He is now helping my husband with his sciatica. Sometimes i wait but honestly I do not care.
Has always been excellent..my only complaint is that you generally you have to wait...but the end result is great
I am very disappointed in his work. He was asking me what to do for me. Aren't the doctor? Water my time.
Dr interrupted every sentence! Did not take time to listen to medical history at all. I was very disappointed
