Office is comfortable and staff are friendly.  Kraska has an ego bigger than his skill, and a condescending attitude to go with it.  Not everyone is wealthy; we still deserve quality dental care.  One crown he put in is mammoth.  It's visibly bigger than any other tooth in my head -- by easily 3 or 4mm.  It's also shaped like a cloud, so puffy it's almost convex, and looks nothing like my real molars.  I pointed this out many, many times, and Kraska claimed it looked great.  Then when we discussed a crown on the implant right above MegaTooth, he complained that there isn't enough room for another crown.  Dude, there's no room because you installed a gigantic MyPillow crown!  The other crown he put in popped right back off only a few years later.  I had pain and bleeding in that area almost immediately, and complained at 2 consecutive appointments.  He tapped with his electronic wand, said "there's no decay," and didn't look any further.  This crown was directly below the site of TWO previous abcesses that he had helped treat, and he did not agree that there was any connection.  Two of the three roots are broken, which is a common cause of abcesses.  I am now losing this molar entirely.  The two crowns are on opposite sides of my mouth.  Dr Kraska's "expertise" has helped destroy my ability to chew.  I've taken my remaining teeth to a new dentist, who treats me with respect and charges a lot less money.

If your not getting your dental services done at Dr. Kraska office you're losing. Awesome staff! Personal shoutout to Stephanie & Brook for taking care of me and having me walk out with a clean crisp smile :

I just moved to Greensboro from out of state. I had a dental emergency and hadn’t gotten a primary dentist yet since moving. I called Dr Kraska and his sweet, amazing staff got me in THE NEXT DAY! When other places were wanting me to wait weeks. My apt was at 11:30.. I was taken back immediately and X-rays were started. Brooke was super sweet, helpful and kept me pretty relaxed as I am terrified of the dentist. Quick and thorough! Dr Kraska came in quickly after and fixed my dental issue ASAP, and came up with a treatment plan that fits my needs and pockets!! Definitely not trying any other dentist in the area and will recommend him and his staff to everyone I know!! Dr Kraska is very nice, intelligent, and laid back! Very informative and did an amazing job!! Thanks again!!

I love everything about the experience at the Kraska Center. From the cozy waiting room to the friendly welcome and most importantly the gentle and caring but also laid back & hilarious personality of Dr. Kraska. He pays attention to detail and truly cares for his patients. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. It’s the best in the Triad - hands down!

After almost 30 years as a patient at Kraska Center, I feel qualified to say they are the BEST.  My teeth are always well cared for and comfortable.  They are professional, knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect. I would not want to go anywhere else!

Dr Kraska and his staff are the best for dental hygiene and cosmetic dentistry.  We’ve been going to him for about 14 years now and even though we live in Raleigh it’s well worth the trip.  My 13 year old son said yesterday that he actually likes going to the dentist to see Dr. Kraska and Stephanie, who cleans are teeth.  She does an incredible job of cleaning our teeth without being rough.

I've been on the hunt for a good quality dentist. This place had great reviews so I took a chance. I've never thought that I would be excited for my dentist appointment! The staff is genuinely friendly and I feel welcomed every time I walk though those doors. They made my first appointment smooth and I felt confident in my visit. Shana did a great job of walking me though the recommended procedures Dr.Kraska had prescribed and even helped me prioritized them while understanding insurance/pricing. Dr.Kraska and his clinical staff are gentle but they get the job done! I even love the cozy waiting area and that each room has a personal tv with headphones if I choose to use them . The old saying is true you get what you pay for and quality over quantity is evident here ! I am so thankful I finally found such a great dental family !!!

My visit was a well received experience. I expect professionalism and genuine support from the people at Kraska. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and that should show you how much I appreciate the Kraska Center; they are my family too. This is a great dentist office. I enjoy going here. Dr. Kraska is super personable, knowledgable, listens to your concerns, and wants the best outcome. He knows what he's talking about and takes the time to explain everything. The staff are excellent and kind as well. Good people here. The office is also nice. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Everyone does a good job of making it a pleasant experience.

Dr. Kraska and his staff have created the best dental practice I've ever experienced. Their facility is modern and inviting. The equipment is state of the art. Everything, down to the business cards, is well thought out. You can tell painstaking thought and care has been put into every decision related to this practice. More importantly, Dr. Kraska and his staff are knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly. They take the time to establish a relationship that greatly improves communication and understanding of treatments and procedures.  I can't say enough about my experiences here. Never going anywhere else.
