Kroger Food and Pharmacy

I went here for a few items, and this Red head cashier can't count. When I corrected her about it. She acted stupid all of sudden. Why do Krogers, hire people who can't count money. It is ridiculous

It used to be a great place to shop but i had a bad experience with the dat shift manager telling me they were waiting for the person who runs bottles to come in but yet it was after 9 and they had 5 employees standing around talkong i said well cant they help she said you can apply and you can do bottles i said i have a job she said you obviously dont becaise yer returning bottles

I've been getting money orders from Kroger's on Richfield road for the past 7 years and never had a problem until now Hannah Desbrough has to be the most neglectful person working courtesy clerk I have ever seen in my life my money order was wrong and she knew it was but never own up to her mistake her co worker said it was my fault shift manager was rude she could careless about Krogers employees making mistakes

WOW! Is all I have for some of the Kroger reviews. I'm not an employee but I am a long time kroger/Kessel lol shopper. At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons drunks too but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4 for me...good day

This Kroger is a good hometown store for most everyone on the Eastside of Flint Michigan Everyone has to return bottles and cans and this is closest for them I wish they could double the size of the bottle room and amount of machines , I know they won't, but doesn't hurt to dream lol. , The store has a great deal of items , Much better than Wal-Mart for groceries I'm thankful this store is here !!!

Good place to get grocery's store clean. Friendly staff

I like the store but they are either not enough staff or lazy people not doing their job n restock the shelves if you can't do that find someone that can!

One of the better places to shop still on the east side

Though I usually have had great experiences at this location in the past today was a big exception, before entering the Kroger parking lot I was stuck behind a Kroger delivery truck who continued to sway in and out of traffic. After entering the parking lot the delivery truck was now behind me as I maneuvered through I stopped to allow a few elderly women to cross to get to their cars. It is common decency to stop for people pushing their carts out of the entrance, so I did that and patiently waited for one woman who seemed to have some type of disabilityinvolving her leg She was taking a little longer than usual and the truck driver behind me decided to lay on his horn several times trying to rush her across. I could not do anything at this point there are people crossing and there are multiple cars across from me So I wait and he proceeds to stick his head out of the window to shout and tell us to move, while continuing to beat and get closer to my car. This encounter made me feel very uneasy and several other drivers notice it as well....

Friendly staff! We came out here to use the SOS Kiosk. Store looked very stocked. Not to mention they had every check-out lane open & with baggers!
