Kroger

Click list is atrocious! More than once I’ve showed up to collect my order and they have “lost” it. QR code doesn’t always work and now there is no way to get connected with people unless you walk inside. Better of just doing it yourself.

One of the worse Kroger’s to shop at. Rude cashiers are a direct reflection of careless management. I informed the store manager of a cashier literally THROWING my items resulting in torn bags and he couldn’t have cared less “because there wasn’t any items damaged”.

The staff is really nice. I've been coming here for years. It's one of my favorite locations.

My card was charged twice for a purchase on 7/6/23 , the store couldn’t do anything so I have been dealing with trying to get my refund for over a month . I have dealt with at least 6 customer service reps since then and still haven’t received my refund . They keep telling me 3-5 days till I get my refund each time I called . I shop at Kroger constantly and have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I would check your receipts and bank accounts because I’m sure I’m not the only one who they have stolen from. I called the customer service hotline and online chat and still nothing.

Terrible produce! Thank God we now have another Kroger option! I call it " ghetto Kroger" for a reason! This produce out in the middle of the produce isle? No care for how these MOLDY melons can/ will spread to the good ones??? Awful! No accountability here. None in meat dept. Either.

We trusted Narva, our cashier with the price of the mum. when she asked the price and we said we didn’t know she got a attitude and sigh and brought out a book and said “6.99 hm” as you see kn the receipt next to floral we got over charged a dollar. not a big deal just don’t trust the cashiers with the prices

This location gets 5 stars ONLY BECAUSE OF HANDSOME CASHIER NICK he's sooooo Dope nd,self checkout cashier DON he doesn't work there anymore but he is such a VIBE . Thee End

Store is never stocked. The first month of it being open it was great. It seems like now they clock in to sit around and do nothing. They only have a few lanes open. You’re always waiting in line for another 20 plus minutes after shopping before you make it to the check out. This is probably the worst store around the macomb county area. I will not be returning.

Great, fresh produce, cheap, fresh meats and a slew of other amenities and groceries are available. It's the only grocery store I shop at.
