Nice nursing and support staff, but the doctor was COMPLETELY dismissive of my issues and told me it was anxiety, PMS, and psychiatric. She told me my issues were probably panic attacks and then I ended up having a real panic attack in the parking lot after realizing I wasn't going to be helped in a meaningful way or taken seriously, lots of fun, thank you Michigan Neurology Associates! I'm going elsewhere for a second opinion. Edited to add that they also did a bait and switch on me. I was supposed to see a doctor, but he was mysteriously unavailable the day of my first appointment, so they put me with a PA. If seeing a medical doctor is a priority for you, avoid Michigan Neurology Associates. Just a heads up, if you do the online copay, they still try to make you do the copay in the office, and it's $20 more expensive to do it online no idea why, so I recommend not bothering with online check in and doing it all when you get there for your appointment.

My mother came here for a blood patch and was stuck 12 times after asking them to stop. The procedure was supposed to take 1 hour and it took 3 hours. She came out smelling like blood, face red, and crying. In more pain than she was before going in. Please stay away from Dr. Dillion and rude staff. My mother was constantly put on hold and hung up on by the staff and when hospitalized they sent a neurologist that admitted that the procedure was not done correctly.

Dr. Giancarlo is the very best neurologist you could find. He is the consummate professional and knowledgeable about his field and patient care. I highly recommend him and his associates. This practice cares.

Dr. Voci truly made a lasting impression on me. He was very apologetic for running behind, his bed side manner was impeccable. He REALLY listened to me and explained what he plans to do going forward in my plan of treatment. There is a genuineas about him. I can tell he has a Really Good Heart!! This was my 1st visit but I get the feeling he is an incredible person a man of integrity.

I don’t exactly know why those people are giving such bad reviews. My Mother in law was referred here by our doctor and we saw Dr. Voci. He was very thorough with her and is having her get more thorough testing done. At her other neurologist none of this was addressed with her. We are very happy to have found a doctor to possibly help her better. If I have a problem with myself I wouldn’t hesitate coming here. Maybe some of the other doctors aren’t as nice or thorough or as good in the office. I don’t really know but I do know that Dr. Voci is very good.

Once I finally got in after waiting over a month for an appointment....Rude staff. Ruder is that a word doctors. Can you say “arrogant”? Perhaps “cavalier”? Zero questions answered. Zero concerns addressed. But tons of irrational, unfounded opinions given as fact. When confronted, doctor became irate. God complex much? I guess I’ll have to take my chances at St Johns.

I have been a patient of Dr Liff since 2011. She has been, and continues to be, a phenomenal professional in her field and has helped me immensely with my condition. She is extremely approachable, honest, blunt, and does not ‘sugar coat’ or conceal issues I may be having w/ my condition and what I can/ should expect for the future. Dr Liff is an asset to your organization and should be commended. Randy Diegel

This place is absolutely the worst.The receptionist doesn’t greet you properly when you walk up to the desk. Appointment was set for 10:30am and it’s now 12:30pm still waiting to be seen. 6 people came in after us and they all was called to the back before us. No one even came to check in or say the Dr will be with you shortly. I don’t recommend this place to no one.

I took my wife here after being referred by another Dr. I really don't believe I can say anything positive about this place and I wish I could. We when told to go there for some special test and treatments. After paying cash to see the Dr, he only what to tell us that my wife needed surgery ASAP. This was very strange to us because my wife was hospitalized the week before and the only conclusion that the many neuro Drs could come up with was that my wife didn't need surgery. After the nutty Dr demand my wife get surgery, he then said the MRI images where blurred in the area of the problem. I guess this was a subconscious confession of total incompetence. Lastly after paying cash up front for a meeting with this prideful fool, they sent us another bill. I'll pay it, but I won't remove this review.

Zero. The worst place I have been to. Gave them two chances and they still don't do their job.. my father is supposed to receive "extensive neuro testing" and they say their examiner will call me to make an appointment but she or he never does! Most unorganized and unprofessional office ever. Nothing gets done at this place. Waste of time.
