Kroger

So I love this Kroger. They provide so many options for my Vegetarian diet. It’s great. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The only problem is the bathroom. I have had three separate awful experiences involving this Kroger bathroom. The first I had to report feces covering the floor and walls. The second was dried vomit from the toilet outside of the stall. When I went in today there was blood on the seats in two separate stalls. I know that Kroger cannot control what customers may do in the bathroom and we’re in a time of short staffing. Maybe consistently checking the conditions of the restroom could be an option. I know that people can be garbage and cleaning up after them is awful. I’ve worked in service industries and healthcare. Trust me I know. It’s just not really fair to the customers who aren’t garbage.

Not enough Handicapped carts and the attitude they display is oh well that's too bad. No caring. Isles are busy with the employees shopping for pickup! They don't move or show any care. Very unfriendly.or no respect for others. Prices are sky high and going up every day!!!

For me it's ok but for a Gluten free family member the selection isn't great and as soon as something good is found it gets discontinued. They don't seem to be worried about it though.

Your click-list employees could show some manners when cutting off or barging through the aisles. I've encountered way too many rude employees at this location.

Had a wee problem with stuff being in stock but understood. Workers were very nice & helpful.

Just FYI. My mom ordered a fresh, ie; non-frozen, fully cooked, browned turkey today. Using Quick Pick, she went to get her groceries. After getting home we found a frozen solid, unbrowned browned using caramel coloring, which is UNBROWNED, well, maybe "beiged", see pics She even called ahead to make sure it was "fresh" not frozen and browned. They lied. Inspect what you expect. Just saying.

I lost a sentimental ring today and after searching for it in my grocery bags and my purse my heart just sank. My husband suggested that I call the store and even though I was skeptical of it being found the associate who answered my call said, "I'm pretty sure I'm holding it in my hand right now" Thanks to whomever found it and turned it in!

Great store plenty of selections and friendly staff.

They just put up new doors on the yogurt isle and they look great!!!

Krogers is the only place I grocery shop now everything I want or need that I would eat or drink. Always good deals with the Kroger card everyone's super nice,attentive, and they're super quick in the lines too
