Kroger

The amount of produce that was moldy or bad is insane. There were things I needed that I had to go to another store to get because all of it was moldy here. I only took pictures of a bag of bell peppers that were bad, and three different packs of tomatoes. Two that were moldy, one that had a dead fly inside the box. How do you let your produce get like this?

Best way to do your grocery shopping! Just go to your Kroger app, pick your items set pick up time and go to Kroger. No pick up fee until January 1, 2020 normal fee $35. No lines, no worries about crowds. I really love it Great, especially for those without transportation that's me. Happy Holidays

This krogers is a large grocery store that's usually fully stocked, and the lines usually move pretty fast . The parking is decent. Its location is prime because it's located near a lot of other grocery alternatives. There is a gas station located in the parking lot that usually has decent prices, especially considering you can use your loyalty points from shopping at krogers.

Today is 8/28/2023 @5:54pm; I don’t know what has gone wrong with this Kroger. The money service center/ customer service counter is horribly slow. The young man has chosen to move at his own slow pace. He maybe nice, that is yet to be determined because I’m still in line, but he is intentionally moving really slow. Kroger need a more fast pace, yet knowledgeable person at their money center counter Please. This is so awful- I most definitely won’t be back

Blow away how big this store is it looks small from the outside but when you step inside you will be amazed very clean fully stocked staff was friendly i randomly asked someone that was stocking where the water was and they told me with a smile on their face

#1 store I shop for groceries because of the convenience and closeness to my home. I've been shopping here since when it first opened after being built. Sadly the service and store quality has decreased over the years. The produce is not always fresh, the customer service line is sometimes unbearably slow af, and super long. Staff sometimes doesn't really know what their doing at the register and the bagging people would either wander away or not be present at some registers at all. I've had to bag my own groceries SEVERAL times. The janitors also need to step their game up with keeping the store in general, and the meat and produce departments clean.

Went today to purchase groceries and the person at the self checkout was very rude and racist. Did not let us pay at the self checkout he told us that we can not pay at self checkout that we need it to make a line at the register. We told the manager and he did not do anything. Racist just because we are Hispanics. They let other people pay at self checkout. Very bad experience.

Damm...place wider and bigger than mine back at home. We have one aisle for each of our stuff while this one has...double. really like this one.

I always buy tons of gifts cards and pay at self check out! Because who has time to wait at the service center to pay for something that can be done in literally minutes… well at this Krogers theres a very unprofessional kid and man who will not let you do that! I spend thousands on gift cards for the company and this Krogers always gives me trouble when buying gift cards. They DO NOT LET ME “COMPANY POLICY” well this is the last time I am buying gift cards from them. Here I come Amazon!

I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. Walmart has better prices. But I come here to Kroger because Kroger offers products that Walmart just doesn't offer. I get my toilet paper here, my duck sauce cause Walmart doesn't carry it, if you love sushi, they're deli has a huge sushi selection. One thing I love about Kroger is that they have shopping baskets, Walmart doesn't. And the ppl who shop at Walmart, for some reason they don't know how to check out, It for some reason takes ppl forever... to check out. I don't have that problem here at Kroger. Plus it helps that they have a church's chicken attached to the store, I just wish you could access church's chicken through it. You have to walk out of the store and enter through the front door if you have that craving.
