Awesome Pharmacy Staff!!! After seeing some negative reviews for Kroger Pharmacy-Wylie I wanted to make sure I posted this awesome review.   On 6/6/21 I drove to Kroger's Pharmacy Drive-Through, but it was closed.  So I parked and called inside to the Pharmacy to see if they were just closed for lunch or for the day.  The Pharmacist told me that due to staff shortage they were unable to open the drive-through for the day.  I explained that I am disabled and unable to walk into the Pharmacy to get my prescriptions.  She told me to drive back through the drive-through and she would get my prescriptions.  Extremely nice and professional and a real saver for me to be able to get my prescriptions.  Thanks Kroger's Pharmacy staff you saved the day :

I have used Kroger’s pharmacy for many years now and have been pleased BUT something has drastically change and not for the better! They are understaffed and one of the pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful.  Tonight will be the second time we have attempted to go through the drive through and it was closed so my husband went inside and the line was 10 people deep.  Again, understaffed.   I did call and have a discussion with the assist manager as the manager was not in.  Kroger, you need to do something. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

The barista from Starbucks she was so nasty and unsanitary she would grab the ingredients with her bare hands like the matcha and dragon fruit anf the station was so sticky. When I went to the restroom she followed me thinking I was a student and assaulted me by calling the cops on me.She also wanted to take a picture of and I respectfully asked no, but she still took it I just felt so disrespected worst barista experience ever

Went to pick up medication at drive thru this afternoon 3/3/22. The girl at the window acted ilike she was annoyed, inconvenienced and put out that she had to wait on someone WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE  THIS ISN'T LAST FEW MONTHS ARE  DOWNHILL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDES!!!!  MAYBE THE STAFF NEEDS TO FIND JOBS THEY ARE HAPPY AT AND THIS ISNT IT!°°

Terrible customer service. Was attempting to use them for the first time and got the impression from the rude worker that inputting my information as a new customer was a very difficult task. She stated that there was no way she could input the information and have my daughters prescription an eye drop ready within the hour and a half they had left for the day. Definitely will not be back. After I told her that I would go somewhere else because I needed it ASAP she hung up on me.

Wish I read the reviews about long waits at this store. There is a long wait when I picked up the Rx. If that’s not bad the associate at the checkout works pretty slow. When I am done I took time to check the number of people still waiting after me and it turned out some 20 plus. Never coming back to this pharmacy. This store is severely understaffed and management has to look into it at some point.

I usually don't have an issue with the pharmacy, but lately it is ridiculous. I am going back and forth with my son's prescriptions and I have not picked it up until now since OCTOBER 9.  I am picking up a prescription for my twin sons. I got the first one but I am having a hard time for the other one. On October 15 , My doctor's nurse said that when she spoke to the pharmacist, they deleted one of the twin's information because the she thought that it was a duplicate Rx for the same person. I went to the pharmacy and explained to them what happened and the boys are twins- same birthday, same prescriptions BUT two different patients!. But instead of listening, one pharmacist just wants to argue! Good thing that Taylor came and spoke to me instead. She was very helpful and apologized. She called me that afternoon and she left a voicemail stating that my son's Rx is ready to be picked up. WE went there today and the male pharmacist said there is NO PRESCRIPTION was sent nor Ready to pick up. !

I called my prescription in 6 hours prior to me picking it up. Upon arrival I waited at the drive thru window 5 minutes before being acknowledge by the Pharmacy Mgr and another employee passing by the window. The Employee Kaylee approached the window and was very rude, informed me that since it wasn't ready I would have to come back and pick it up on tomorrow. After letting her know that I would not return on next day, she said give me a minute let me see if I can do it. The manager approached the window and was also rude and very impatient, she acted as though I was bothering her. What happened to the previous manager and staff, I have never had an issue prior to today, the previous staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and always provided excellent customer service. Kaylee approached the window and asked me to leave because they were closing.  I have had a great experience for 6 years with no issue, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I use to love this pharmacy but whatever changes they made lately is terrible. They have NO customer service skills. They treat their customer like trash. They never call when their are issues. They never have my prescriptions ready when they say the will. Then they had to nerve to call me and tell me I'm a liar and that is was my job to keep calling them. I will no longer use them after the conversation I had today with the pharmacist there.

My GOD! Slowest Wylie Kroger Pharmacy in the DFW Area! Never had these kinds issues with other Kroger Pharmacies. They used to be fast and efficient last year in 2020! Now it takes over 4 hours to "fill" a prescription? WTH Happened? Guess I'll have to go back to the West Plano Kroger off Legacy and Independence again. Meh...
