Everyone at SandsRX has been great. Customer service, response times, and detailed information each step of the way are top notch! They also can have things delivered in a really timely manner. For my particular situation, there are a lot of prescriptions coming across so I've had a lot of communication with them: Amy jumped on a video call with me to run through the medication and how to administer. She too was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend!

My fertility doctor sent my prescription to Sands and from the very start I was impressed with their prompt response, convenient way to communicate with their staff and professionalism. They answered all my questions and guided me through the whole process. Some of the people who helped me were Kaylie, Lesley, and Sarah. They are wonderful.  They went above and beyond my expectations.  When I thought I needed one medication the same day, they helped by giving me different options to obtain that.  They even contacted my doctor as well and he said the next day would be fine and so I was able to order through them.  Their next day delivery was prompt and everything was packaged very well. I highly recommend Sands Rx!!!

Great compounding pharmacy! The RX shipping service is very slow, be sure to get your doctor to get refills in BEFORE you need them, which is almost impossible. Had to pick up my Rx this time, pharmacy is nice, clean and well stocked. Carries PURE line for supplements, vitamins.

I have never been more frustrated with a pharmacy.  I had a local pharmacy that was wonderful and unfortunately closed down, so my dermatologist sent an Rx that is no longer available locally so that it could be shipped to my home.  The first time everything went smoothly and the Rx, which is to be refrigerated prior to dispense and cannot be above room temperature once dispensed, was shipped on ice packs.  The second time, it was shipped without ice, but the weather was mild; however, the medication was no longer as effective as it had in previous months.  Most recently, it was left on my doorstep, in the sun, in 93F weather.  No tracking number was sent to me prior to delivery, so I had no notice of when it was coming, thus it sat in the sun for several hours.  So, I tried contacting this pharmacy three different days during business hours and could never speak to anyone.  Finally, I got through and transferred around to various people.  The last person I spoke to spoke with two pharmacists.  The first said that the medication was fine.  It is not!  The box clearly states that the medication should not be above 77F and I already saw reduced efficiency previously.  The second pharmacist said that I had to return the medication at my own expense and only then would they consider sending me a replacement.  This is blasphemous and gross incompetence of their pharmacy staff.  This medication is in the hundreds of dollars without insurance and they have already claimed with my insurance so I have no benefit to get a working replacement this month.

Amy is all-around outstanding. I wish she was my nurse at my IVF clinic! She alleviated so many worries & fears I had... she was very informative & so thorough in her teachings!!! She was also just a lovely, compassionate human being which is difficult to find in the medical world!!

Theyhave been great for the last 2 years until about 4 months ago. The price almost doubled for my prescription and went from 48 to 72 hrs delivery to 2 week's plus.  They totally botched it this time and have offered no reasons.  I wonder if there was a change in  management or something, there has been a definite change though. Finally got a excuse.  They were out of ice chest. Sounds  a little lame  and made up. I don't know. I  have to give credit were it is due. Thefolks at sands contacted me and absolutely assured me the problem had been addressed and made it absolutely right. This guy was sincere and wasn't just giving lip service. I couldn't have been more impressed with the thoughtfulness. Sometimes we learn more from mistakes and how they are handled. No one is perfect but I'm convinced they are trying. Thanks Sands

SandsRX was always very responsive when I would message them questions. Everything was delivered so quickly and not damaged! Also I almost ran out of meds and Paige went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, even on a weekend. I also greatly appreciate Alex who drove all the way from Birmingham to deliver me some medication on a Saturday! Great staff and would definitely recommend!

I was having a problem with one of the compounds that was made for me to help me with my diabetes. The pharmacist took the time to listen to me and work with me over a total of five weeks to try different approaches to solving the issue that I was experiencing. Most pharmacists would not have gone to the extreme levels of genuinely trying to understand why my body was not accepting the compound, but this group of pharmacists took the time to understand me and put me first over finances. I can’t thank the Sands RX team enough for doing everything they did to help me. They are such an example to all businesses in the art of customer service, and treating people like people with dignity and respect. I am humbled to know you all. Thank you with grace. - John

Ridiculous price increase on my med. Was $60.00 now $85.00.Called another reputable compounding pharmacy and I'm now getting the same med for $45.00! I should have checked prices before even having it filled here the first time. Not sure if it's true but when I called my doctor's office to let her know about this she mentioned that she "thinks" they changed owners.

I was alittle skeptical doing a Google meet, but once connected everything went beyond great. I was able to see visually step by step things I will need to know..and any questions I had were answered on the spot. Mrs.Hicks was amazing and recommend her for any future clients.
